By means of a prospective methodology and the collection of documentary sources of proven quality, the objective of the research was to develop, analytically, three prospective scenarios that allow anticipating the possible paths towards the resolution of the Ukrainian conflict, simultaneously evaluating the strategic relevance that Ukraine's natural resources could play as negotiation assets in future peace agreements. The conjugation of the sources with the analytical apparatus of the study allows concluding that, the most plausible scenario, considering the current geopolitical trends, is a variant of the red scenario: protracted conflict with outbreaks of varying intensity until 2028. Factors such as Russian military attrition, Ukrainian resistance and Western donor fatigue point to a dynamic stalemate of belligerent actors, in terms of resources and capabilities for action. Повномасштабне вторгнення Російської Федерації в Україну в лютому 2022 року створює складний геополітичний сценарій, який опосередковано протиставляє Росію силам гегемоністичного Заходу, артикульованим в Організації Північноатлантичного договору та Європейському Союзі. За допомогою проспективної методології та колекції документальних джерел перевіреної якості, метою дослідження була аналітична розробка трьох перспективних сценаріїв, які дозволяють передбачити можливі шляхи вирішення українського конфлікту, одночасно оцінюючи стратегічне значення, яке природні ресурси України можуть відігравати в якості переговорного активу в майбутніх мирних угодах. Спряження джерел з аналітичним апаратом дослідження дозволяє зробити висновок, що найбільш вірогідним сценарієм, враховуючи поточні геополітичні тенденції, є варіант червоного сценарію: затяжний конфлікт зі спалахами різної інтенсивності до 2028 року. This historical journey can be divided into two distinct periods. The first period, from the emergence of primitive communal systems to the 19th century, can be tentatively described as a pre-scientific phase. During this time, two phases are discernible: empirical and experimental, which reflect the initial stages of physical culture development. The second period, spanning roughly a century and a half from the late 19th century to the early 21st century, represents the era when the problem evolved into a more scientifically focused field of study. Within this timeframe, four distinct stages can be identified, illustrating the evolution of the scientific, theoretical, methodological and technological foundations of physical education, sports, as well as the management of physical education. Currently, sports are the dominant culture in many areas of human activity. It directly influences the material, social, and spiritual values of society and individuals. Therefore, the impact of physical culture on brain function is of paramount importance as physical activity is intrinsically linked to the body’s functioning through the brain. The article studies the history of one’s physical culture development, discussing the role of the state system, lifestyle and specific state requirements in organising physical education. It also explores the current development of one’s physical culture and its impact on brain development. In adult practice, secondary lymphedema, which arises as a consequence of the treatment of oncological diseases, notably breast cancer, is predominant. One of the most common types is upper limb lymphedema. This condition is characterized by swelling, a sensation of heaviness in the limb, pain, and limited range of motion. According to various statistics, regardless of the chosen treatment methods, edema develops in 10% to 80% of breast cancer patients. The issue of timely rehabilitation for patients with lymphatic edema of the extremities remains relevant due to the widespread prevalence of this condition and its severe complications. Лімфедема - це хронічне захворювання лімфатичної системи, що виникає внаслідок порушення лімфовідтоку. У практиці дорослих переважає вторинна лімфедема, яка виникає як наслідок лікування онкологічних захворювань, зокрема раку молочної залози. Одним з найпоширеніших видів є лімфедема верхніх кінцівок. Цей стан характеризується набряком, відчуттям важкості в кінцівці, болем та обмеженням обсягу рухів. За різними статистичними даними, незалежно від обраних методів лікування, набряки розвиваються у 10-80% хворих на рак молочної залози. In the process of the study, we set the task – to develop and substantiate a methodology for the formation of professional skills of future physical education teachers in higher education institutions in the process of studying professional disciplines based on modern technologies and methods of the educational process, and also to determine whether it ensures the quality of professional training, the effectiveness of training, whether it contributes to the implementation of innovative teaching technologies, the formation of professional skills of students. The obtained data indicate positive changes in the educational process of future physical education teachers thanks to the methodology of forming professional skills based on modern technologies and methods of the educational process. Проаналізовано зміст понять дослідження; розглянуто елементи, якості, структуру та чинники професійної майстерності вчителя фізичного виховання, пов'язані з інноваційними технологіями; описано організацію інноваційного освітнього процесу на основі сучасних технологій і методів освітнього процесу, проаналізовано ефективні, інноваційні методи, форми і технології, необхідні для формування професійної майстерності вчителя фізичного виховання. У процесі дослідження нами було поставлено завдання - розробити та обґрунтувати методику формування професійних умінь майбутніх учителів фізичної культури у закладах вищої освіти у процесі вивчення фахових дисциплін на основі сучасних технологій і методів освітнього процесу, а також визначити, чи забезпечує вона якість професійної підготовки, ефективність навчання, чи сприяє впровадженню інноваційних технологій навчання, формуванню професійних умінь студентів. Отримані дані свідчать про позитивні зміни в освітньому процесі майбутніх учителів фізичної культури завдяки методиці формування професійних умінь на основі сучасних технологій і методів освітнього процесу.
