It shown, that the rower’s structure functional training at a stage of the maximal realization of individual opportunities is formed on the basis of interaction of functional systems of maintenance muscles activity, is a dynamic organization and is under construction proceeding from requirement for the further sports perfection. The conducting role in formation of structurally functional organization of special efficiency belongs to the complex, generated during long-term training, of biological properties structured in rigid systems: «aerobic-anaerobic capacity», «mobility-stability», «capacity-profitability». To a large extent, this is due to the increased incidence of injuries, especially among working-age population, caused by traffic accidents, accidents at work, man-made and natural disasters, military actions, and injuries in everyday life. Theoretical analysis and generalization, sociological methods, expert evaluation method, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Pedagogical experiment involving 86 people with the lower limb transtibial amputation was conducted. The effectiveness of the author’s comprehensive program of physical therapy for young adults after the lower limb transtibial amputation at the stage of after hospital care, was acknowledged by intra-group changes and higher key indicators values in the participants of the experimental group, which for men and women are proved by significant (p≤0.05-0.01) improvement of the results of manual and muscle testing with achievement, of physical fitness and most baropodometry indicators, etc. Based on the research results, for the first time the structure and content of the physical rehabilitation program was scientifically substantiated; it was found out that the indicators characterizing the functional.Документ Effectiveness of the application of the endogenous-hypoxic breathing technique in the physical training of the qualified field hockey players(2017) Sulyma, Alla; Bohuslavska, Viktoriia; Furman, Yuriy; Galan, Yaroslav; Doroshenko, Edward; Pityn, MaryanThe research is devoted to the study of possibilities of professional field hockey players’ physical and functional preparedness improvement on the stage of their individual opportunities maximal realization by applying the endogenous-hypoxic breathing technique. The research represents the results of influence of training sessions with and without normobaric hypoxia and hypercapnia application on physical capacity, the body’s aerobic and anaerobic (lactate and alactic) productivity, the external respiration apparatus function, as well as blood pressure recovery and cardiac rhythm, after completion of dosed physical exercises. Furthermore, the influence of such exercises on professional field hockey players general and special physical preparedness is being presented in the mentioned investigation. Article consists of 10 pages, 5 conclusions, are used 3 figures. During research were used next methods: theoretical analysis and generalization; pedagogical supervision; pedagogical experiments; methods of mathematical statistics. The analysis of the literature suggests that one of the ways to improve the quality of the young sportsmen workout process is the diversification of their physical training. The structure of sportsmen physical fitness in orienteering of different ages and qualifications was compared and identified by the use of correlation and factor analysis methods. To determine the effectiveness of various pedagogical approaches in physical training programs we conducted the formative educational experiments with the participation of 14-15 year old sportsmen of the III-II sport categories. The methods of improving the rowing technique in the contest season were optimized due to increasing the amount of hours dedicated to the technical preparation, directed impacts on the improvement of the separate components of qualified canoeists technical actions and the use of control over the quantitative parameters of the kinematic structure of rowing movements. Purpose: theoretically prove and develop a complex program of enhancing positive effect of orienteering on young teens’ (13-14-year-olds) psychophysical wellbeing and experimentally verify its effectiveness. Material and methods: Judging the validity of the study, the authors provided a clear and precise description of the research methods as followed: theoretical analysis, generalization of the body of specialized and documentary evidence, pedagogical, sociological, anthropometrical, physiological, psycho-physiological techniques, methods of sickness rate assessment, evaluation of health status, and method of mathematical statistics. Results. According to the results of psycho-physiological test on the nervous system response, valid outcomes were measured, that both EG female and male students differ (р<0.05) from CG female and male students, assessing the extent to which the groups were varying in visual-motor response speed, reaction to sound, cognitive reflection and decision making. This fact points out the presence of high-speed component determining high efficiency detection and involving EG students’ visual, conceptual, and visuomotor tracking. It is at this particular age that the foundation is laid for personal health and physical qualities necessary for efficient participation in various spheres of social life in the future. The aim of this study is to get a knowledge about the dynamics and level of physical fitness in three- to sixyear-old children. Material and methods: The study was carried out on the basis of pre-school institutions of Lviv and Lviv region in 2017. Altogether 1188 preschool children (n=1188) were involved in the research, including 418 children of junior preschool age (3 to 4 years old), 350 middleaged preschoolers (4 to 5 years old) and 420 senior preschoolers (5 to 6 years old). Methods of research applied were as follows: analysis and systematization of scientific publications, educational experiment, educational testing, educational observations, Student’s t-test, parametric statistics methods. Results: It has been found that with age the examined sample of children displays gradual improvement of all physical fitness characteristics. The findings testify to intensive and heterochronic development of children’s motor qualities in the process of their ontogenesis. Conclusion: General physical fitness level of the majority of the examined children could be estimated as satisfactory and corresponding to the appropriate age standards. Our findings supplement the data on application of the available informative tests for preschooler’s physical fitness assessment.Документ Sport specialists attitude to structure and contents of theoretical preparation in sport(2017) Pityn, Maryan; Briskin, Yuriy; Perederiy, Alina; Galan, Yaroslav; Tsyhykalo, Oleksandr; Popova, IrynaThe article shows sports specialists' attitude to structure and content of theoretical preparation in sport, which was evaluated by means of survey. The survey was designed as a questionnaire which contained 21 interpretative questions. Questions were distributed by types: six open, four closed, ten half-open and one polar. Summarized number of units and subparagraphs of questions in questionnaire blank have provided opportunity to receive opinions of respondents by 387 separate questions. It has been established that the structure and content of theoretical preparation at the stage of basic physical training must be represented by 19 units of information; at the stage of previous basic training - by 17; at the stage of specialized basic training - by 17; preparation for higher achievements - by 18 units; at the stage of maximal individual capacities realization - by 18 units; and during period of high sports skill preserving and gradual achievements' reduction - 19 blocks of data, respectively. We have found a necessity of gradual increase in volume of theoretical preparation from the stage of initial training (1-2%) to the stage of maximum realization of individual capabilities in sportsmen (9.10%), and dramatic reduction at stages of high sportsmanship preservation and gradual decrease in achievements (1.2%). Most significant for athletes’ sources of information have been also established - those include coach, friends and colleagues in the team (8,61-9,13 and 5,76-6,93 points respectively).Документ The effectiveness of the endogenous-hypoxic breathing in the physical training of skilled swimmers(2017) Hruzevych, Iryna; Boguslavska, Viktoriia; Kropta, Ruslan; Galan, Yaroslav; Nakonechnyi, Ihor; Pityn, MaryanThe article analyses the effectiveness of the endogenous-hypoxic breathing in the physical training of skilled swimmers. The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate the program of swimming activities in order to increase the physical fitness of swimmers at the stage of preliminary basic training. According to the results of the study, for the first time it was developed a program of swimming exercises with the application of the endogenous-hypoxic breathing technique in the preparatory period of the annual macrocycle, which improved the efficiency in the aerobic energy supply zone, the functional capabilities of the respiratory muscles, bronchial patency and the stability of the body of swimmers to hypoxia. For the first time quantitative characteristics of practice loads aimed at the development of swimmers speed were developed taking into account the individual abilities. The scientific information about the positive influence of trainings with application of the endogenous-hypoxic breathing technique on the physical fitness and acceleration of the restorative processes of swimmers was expanded at the stage of preliminary basic training. New information was added to the data on the possibility of improving the speed of swimmers taking into account age characteristics.
