In adult practice, secondary lymphedema, which arises as a consequence of the treatment of oncological diseases, notably breast cancer, is predominant. One of the most common types is upper limb lymphedema. This condition is characterized by swelling, a sensation of heaviness in the limb, pain, and limited range of motion. According to various statistics, regardless of the chosen treatment methods, edema develops in 10% to 80% of breast cancer patients. The issue of timely rehabilitation for patients with lymphatic edema of the extremities remains relevant due to the widespread prevalence of this condition and its severe complications. Лімфедема - це хронічне захворювання лімфатичної системи, що виникає внаслідок порушення лімфовідтоку. У практиці дорослих переважає вторинна лімфедема, яка виникає як наслідок лікування онкологічних захворювань, зокрема раку молочної залози. Одним з найпоширеніших видів є лімфедема верхніх кінцівок. Цей стан характеризується набряком, відчуттям важкості в кінцівці, болем та обмеженням обсягу рухів. За різними статистичними даними, незалежно від обраних методів лікування, набряки розвиваються у 10-80% хворих на рак молочної залози. In the process of the study, we set the task – to develop and substantiate a methodology for the formation of professional skills of future physical education teachers in higher education institutions in the process of studying professional disciplines based on modern technologies and methods of the educational process, and also to determine whether it ensures the quality of professional training, the effectiveness of training, whether it contributes to the implementation of innovative teaching technologies, the formation of professional skills of students. The practical aspect lies in developing methods to enhance athletes’ performance and speed up recovery processes. Literature sources provide scattered data on using these pedagogical indicators to monitor muscle loads in various sports. In this context, pedagogical parameters aim to track the development of specific physical qualities and their dynamics in the process of mastering sports skills, specifically speed, strength, and endurance. From a medical-biological perspective, the energy source for developing speed and strength is the creatine-phosphokinase and glycolytic mechanisms, while general endurance depends on aerobic oxidation of substrates, including carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. The purpose of the article is to define the changes in tourism preferences caused by the impact of COVID-19, in particular to analyze the impact of the crisis on the distribution of households’ expenditures on recreation in the structure of their budgets, as well as post-crisis assessment of the impact of COVID-19 on tourists’ choices, such as destination, type of recreation, transport, accommodation and other aspects related to the tourist preferences. The results of the study showed that in the conditions of COVID-19 there were some changes in consumer preferences in the market of tourism and travel-related services in the region, but during the downturn period the tourist’s preferences and behavior have partially returned to the stage that was typical in the pre-crisis period. As a result of the impact of the crisis, there were some changes in the structure of households’ budget, in particular, there was a partial reduction in the level of tourist’s expenditures for recreation and travelling (for 72% of respondents). Objectively that in the post-crisis period has partially increased the number of tourists that started to prefer domestic tourism (by 5%). A lot of respondents chose to travel by their own cars (36%) and stay at hotels (36%), however, one third of respondents also prefer rural homestays (20,48%). The subjective assessment by the respondents of the factors that influencing their tourism choice in the post-crisis period showed that safety does not play a primary role for most of them and priority is given to living conditions, comfort and the level of prices. It is expected that the results of the study will provide an analytical basis for tourism industry managers to offer new services taking into account the preferences of tourists in the post-crisis period of COVID-19. У статті представлено порівняльний аналіз та соціально-економічну оцінку поведінки населення прикордонної території (Закарпатська область) у сфері туризму та послуг, пов'язаних з подорожами, до кризи COVID-19 та у посткризовий період. Метою статті є визначення змін у туристичних уподобаннях, спричинених впливом COVID-19, зокрема аналіз впливу кризи на розподіл витрат домогосподарств на відпочинок у структурі їхніх бюджетів, а також посткризова оцінка впливу COVID-19 на вибір туристів, таких як дестинація, вид відпочинку, транспорт, розміщення та інші аспекти, пов'язані з туристичними уподобаннями. Результати дослідження показали, що в умовах COVID-19 відбулися певні зміни споживчих уподобань на ринку туристичних та супутніх послуг регіону, але в період спаду вподобання та поведінка туристів частково повернулися до стадії, яка була характерна для докризового періоду. В результаті впливу кризи відбулися певні зміни в структурі бюджету домогосподарств, зокрема, частково скоротився рівень витрат туристів на відпочинок та подорожі (для 72% респондентів). Systematic training can lead to changes in morphofunctional markers; however, the degree of effectiveness varies based on the type of exercise, the intensity of the activity, as well as the age, gender, and overall health of the individual. The purpose of the research: To determine and to develop the impact of fitness activities and specialized breathing exercises on the morphofunctional state of female students with cardiorespiratory diseases. Materials and Methods: The study involved 53 female students from Lviv University of Trade and Economics, aged 18 to 19, who had cardiorespiratory diseases. Participants were randomly assigned to two groups: the experimental group (nEG=25) and the control group (nCG=28). The control group followed the traditional physical education (PE) program designed for students in special medical groups. This program included physical therapy classes, recreational walking, running, and gymnastics. The experimental group participated in individualized fitness programs that combined basic aerobics with breathing exercises for oriental martial arts. The primary markers for assessment included anthropometric measurements, indicators of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, levels of physical development, and self-evaluations of psycho-emotional wellbeing. The experimental group was engaged in performance of the developed individualized fitness programs using basic aerobics combined with sets of breathing exercises for oriental martial arts. The main markers were anthropometric ones, those of the cardiovascular and respiratory system, physical development and self-assessment of the psycho-emotional state. Results: The results indicate that the experimental program significantly improves various health markers, including body mass index, circumferential measurements, thoracic excursion, heart rate, blood pressure, Robinson index, lung vital capacity, respiratory rate, vital index, and recovery time following a functional test. Conclusion: The recorded and statistically analyzed results indicate that a basic aerobics program combined with specific breathing exercises for oriental martial arts is effective. This program improves the studied markers and contributes to positive changes in the morphofunctional profile. These changes are significant for enhancing the health status of female students with cardiorespiratory diseases. Своєрідна манера письма письменника була предметом численних досліджень з часу публікації його перших новел. Хоча більшість цих досліджень не охоплювали повного зібрання його творів, оскільки багато з них було видано за радянських часів. Тому дослідження доповнює попередні студії, проведені на корпусі збірки його оповідань, опублікованих за життя письменника. У роботі використано методи лінгвостилістики, статистики (у частині статистичних параметрів сполучуваності словосполучень та порівняльного аналізу вживання кольору білий), концептології та корпусної лінгвістики. За допомогою застосованих методів виявлено високочастотні та низькочастотні словосполучення на позначення білого кольору; концепти, актуалізовані за допомогою досліджуваної лексеми; етнолінгвістичні та літературні мовні приклади вживання кольору у зіставленні з контекстом, використаним в оповіданнях. The article deals with the representation of the colour bilyi (white) in the idiolect of the prominent Ukrainian writer Vasyl Stefanyk. His peculiar writing manner has been the subject of numerous studies since the publication of his first short stories. Although most of these studies did not encompass the full collection of his literary works, with a lot of them being edited during Soviet times. Therefore, the research complements previous studies conducted on the corpus of the collection of his short stories published during his lifetime. Methods of linguistic stylistics, statistics (in terms of statistical parameters of the collocational compatibility and a comparative analysis of the use of the colour bilyi (white)), concept studies and corpus linguistics have been employed. The methods applied revealed high‑ and low‑frequency word combinations for the word bilyi (white); concepts actualized by using the lexeme under study; ethnolinguistic and literary language examples of the use of the color as compared to the context used in the short stories. The development of new anticancer drugs that target the energy metabolism of tumor cells shows promise in cancer treatment. Our study aimed to investigate how the thiazole derivative N-(5- benzyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-3,5-dimethyl-1-benzofuran-2-carboxamide (BF1), the polymeric nanoparticles based on the polyethylene glycol (PEG-PN, Th5), and their complex with BF1 (Th6) affect respiration and mitochondrial membrane potential in murine NK/Ly tumor cells. The content and objectives of biochemical monitoring are enhanced due to the fact that this cohort (from 10 to 15 years) undergoes complex phases of puberty. Exercise regulation should be strictly dosed according to the adaptive capabilities of young athletes. The sport training has a positive influence only in the absence of stress response of the body of adolescent athletes. At the same time, physical activity should promote the development of physical qualities. According to the theory about the sensitive periods of development of physical qualities, it is known that such qualities as flexibility and speed types are inherent to people of a younger age who play sports, but their improvement at the level of the highest manifestation of sportsmanship will be uniformly prolonged in time.. This article proposes a scheme of biochemical monitoring of a standard training of young water polo players. Based on the results of performed analysis we have come to the conclusion that the training regimen promotes the development of anaerobic characteristics. Comparative analysis of biochemical monitoring of different age groups indicates the peculiarities of their energy supply while overcoming the same physical load, which is the PWC-170 Cycle Test. In particular, the younger the organism, the greater is the share of the anaerobic component of energy supply. This means that during the monitoring of younger groups of water polo players, special attention should be paid to the indicator of changes in lactic acid, which is a criterion that characterizes adequate changes in anaerobic metabolism, namely in glycolysis. Regarding the older age groups of athletes, urea acquires special importance in biochemical monitoring. It is known to be a biomarker of protein energy metabolism, which is precisely the last critical component of aerobic energy transformations. Dissimilation of proteins increases its contribution to aerobic energy exchange under the conditions of overcoming physical loads of a critical level. As a result of the conducted scientific experiment, as well as according to the results of one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA), we recorded the fact of a significant influence of the age of the athlete on the indicators of energy exchange, which can be used in biochemical monitoring of the state of development of energy systems during the long-term training of young water polo players.
