Abstract

Метою навчальної дисципліни «Інструментарій та технології управління організаційно-економічним розвитком готельно-ресторанного господарства» є формування у студентів теоретичних, методологічних та організаційно-практичних знань з технологій управління організаційно-економічним розвитком готельно-ресторанного господарства, навчити студентів реалізувати спеціальний економічний інструментарій менеджменту. The goal of the educational discipline "Instruments and technologies of management of the organizational and economic development of the hotel and restaurant industry" is the formation of theoretical, methodological and organizational and practical knowledge of the management technologies of the organizational and economic development of the hotel and restaurant industry in students, to teach students to implement special economic management tools.
