Роль та особливості моніторингу в антикризовому управлінні бізнес-структурою

Abstract

У статті визначено роль і досліджено особливості моніторингу в антикризовому управлінні бізнес-структурою в сучасних умовах. Зазначено, що антикризове управління – це управління, яке здатне не тільки запобігти або пом’якшити кризові ситуації у діяльності бізнес- структури, але й підтримувати функціонування бізнес-структури у режимі виживання під час кризи та виходити з кризового стану з мінімальними втратами. Встановлено, що антикризове управління базується не тільки на загальних закономірностях, характерних для процесів управління, а й на особливостях, пов’язаних із здійсненням антикризових процедур. З’ясовано, що моніторинг є одним із найефективніших інструментів антикризового управління діяльністю, а також прогнозування та коригування розвитку бізнес-структури. Визначено, що моніторинг забезпечує збирання та оброблення поточної інформації, яка дає змогу оцінити важливі параметри та виявити важливі тенденції в організаційно-виробничій сфері бізнес-структури, які можуть призвести до подальшого виникнення кризових явищ. Виявлено, що система моніторингу антикризового управління бізнес-структурами складається з ряду взаємодіючих підсистем, елементів і зв’язків між ними, що формує інформаційну базу для забезпечення антикризового управління бізнесом. Представлено основні завдання моніторингу антикризового управління бізнес-структурою. Виділено етапи моніторингу антикризового управління бізнес-структурою. З’ясовано, що система моніторингу антикризового управління бізнес-структурою повинна відображати формування та реалізацію стратегічних і поточних тактичних цілей бізнес-структури. Все це необхідно врахувати у перспективі подальших досліджень, при удосконаленні системи моніторингу діяльності бізнес-структур. The article defines the role and features of monitoring in anticrisis management of a business structure in modern conditions. It is noted that anti-crisis management is management that can not only prevent or mitigate crisis situations in the activities of a business structure, but also support the functioning of a business structure in survival mode during a crisis and proceed from a crisis state with minimal losses. It has been established that anti-crisis management is based not only on the general patterns characteristic of management processes, but also on the features associated with the implementation of anti-crisis procedures. It has been established that monitoring is one of the most effective tools for anti-crisis management of activities, as well as forecasting and adjusting the development of a business structure. It has been determined that monitoring ensures the collection and processing of current information, which allows you to evaluate important parameters and identify important trends in the organizational and production sphere of the business structure, which can lead to further crisis phenomena. It has been established that the monitoring system for anti-crisis management of business structures consists of a number of interacting subsystems, elements and links between them, which forms the information base for ensuring anti-crisis business management. The main tasks of monitoring the anti-crisis management of a business structure are presented. The stages of monitoring the anti-crisis management of a business structure are identified. It has been established that the monitoring system of anti-crisis management of a business structure should reflect the formation and implementation of the strategic and current tactical goals of the business structure. All this must be taken into account in the future of further research, when improving the system for monitoring the activities of business structures.
