Історія французького гастрономічного гіда Gault & Millau

Abstract

У статті досліджено розвиток відомого французького гастрономічного гіда Gault & Millau. Подано біографічні довідки про його засновників Henri Gault та Christian Millau, проаналізовано причини, які обумовили започаткування Нової кухні, її характерні особливості, значення гіда для французької гастрономії. Отримані результати дозволять розширити спеціалізовані курси у профільних закладах вищої освіти України. The article examines the development of the famous French gastronomic guide Gault & Millau. Biographical information about its founders Henri Gault and Christian Millau is presented, the reasons that led to the establishment of New Cuisine, its characteristic features, the importance of a guide for French gastronomy are analyzed. The obtained results will allow to expand specialized courses in specialized higher education institutions of Ukraine.
