Документ A Model of Dickson Index Corrected for Pupils(2018) Zanevskyy, Ihor; Заневський, ІгорRuffier – Dickson test is a popular method in school physical education because of a simple procedure and apparatuses, good reliability and validity in evaluation of physical capacity. It is well-known in sports and physical rehabilitation too. The aim of the research is to prepare a model of Dickson index, which should be suitable for school physical education. Two ways to reach this purpose, taking into account a normal heart rate in rest corresponding to pupil’s age (70–102 min-1), are proposed. They are a model of correction of Dickson index formula and a model of correction of assessment gradations. A ratio of a normal heart rate in rest of school age pupils and adults should be accepted as a parameter of correction of Dickson index formula. Three measures of heart rate values in Ruffier – Dickson test should be reduced proportionally to this ratio. Application of the corrected formula results in a statistically significant improvement in assessment of young patients’ cardiovascular system state (p < 0.01). The purpose of this research is to create a model of interaction between steps/day counts regarding genders, seasons of a year, and days of week.Документ A power function profile of a ski jumping in-run hill(2011) Zanevskyy, Ihor; Заневський, ІгорThe aim of the research was to find a function of the curvilinear segment profile which could make possible to avoid an instantaneous increasing of a curvature and to replace a circle arc segment on the in-run of a ski jump without any correction of the angles of inclination and the length of the straight-line segments. The methods of analytical geometry and trigonometry were used to calculate an optimal in-run hill profile. There were two fundamental conditions of the model: smooth borders between a curvilinear segment and straight-line segments of an in-run hill and concave of the curvilinear segment. Within the framework of this model, the problem has been solved with a reasonable precision. Four functions of a curvilinear segment profile of the in-run hill were investigated: circle arc, inclined quadratic parabola, inclined cubic parabola, and power function. The application of a power function to the in-run profile satisfies equal conditions for replacing a circle arc segment. The aim of the research is to develop a method of computer simulation of static and dynamic interactions between the archer, bow and arrow system in order to provide archery with practical recommendations. A model of an archer’s body is presented as a mechanical system composed of a few solid bodies, which are connected to each other and to the ground with viscoelastic elements. Mechanical and mathematical model of bow and arrow geometry in vertical plane in braced and drawn situations is investigated. An asymmetrical scheme, rigid beams, concentrated elastic elements and elastic string are the main features of the model. Encouraging young people to exercise is one of the most important issues today, because low levels of physical activity, along with an unbalanced diet, lead to various diseases that will affect the quality of life and work in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine the current state of motivation for classes in physical culture and sports to improve the educational process of training future lawyers. Materials and Methods. The survey was completed by 132 first-year students of the Lviv College of Economics and Law, Kherson Cooperative College of Economics and Law and Mukachevo Cooperative College of Trade and Economics; 67 boys and 65 girls agreed to participate in the survey. Results. It was found that regular physical culture and sports are not considered important by students – future lawyers for successful work in the specialty (64.8%). However, they consider (51.2%) insufficient the amount of physical activity they receive in physical culture, and realize the need to engage in various forms of exercise at least 3 times a week. The uniformity of physical exercises used during classes does not satisfy approximately a third of students (29.4%). Sports sections are attended by only 11.8% of surveyed law students. It was found that lack of free time is the main reason that prevents students from engaging in sports (52.9%). However, 66.7% of students spend their free time passively. Priority sports have been identified, most of which are related to sports games: soccer – 33.3%, swimming – 29.4%, volleyball – 27.5%, table tennis – 23.5%, basketball – 13.7%, tennis – 11.8%, and badminton – 5.9%. To be engaged to in physical culture and sports, most students are motivated by maintaining and strengthening health (first rating place), the desire for physical improvement (second rating place), and improving overall performance (third rating place); a small number of respondents stated a lack of motivation for such classes. Conclusions. Students – future lawyers – consider insufficient the amount of physical activity in the classroom and suggest an increase in the number of classes. Classes on physical culture motivate the students to improve health and increase the level of physical fitness. Best athletes participated West Ukrainian Regional competition in 2007 were examined. The model of handicap was created on the estimation of the motor possibilities level of disabled athletes, based upon muscle testing. There is a strong positive correlation between the offi cial competitive result and the result of muscle testing that makes clear to calculate a compensation coeffi cient as a ratio of its maximally possible result to the individual muscle testing result. Objectivity of muscle testing is confi rmed by the signifi cant strong correlation between the offi cial competitive result and the result of dynamometry, and also correlation between muscle testing and dynamometry. Thanks the compensation coeffi cient the sportsmen with harder impairments moved to better positions. The most important role in the determination of the winners remains for the offi cial competitive result that is proved by winners’ rank stabilityДокумент Compound archery bow asymmetry in the vertical plane(2012) Zanevskyy, Ihor; Заневський, ІгорThe aim of the research was to create a mechanical and mathematical model of a compound bow and analyse its work without any prior hypothesis about the symmetry of limb deflection. The method of the research was based on the methods of theoretical mechanics, applied and computer mathematics. A pair and shift mechanism with cams and levels was used as a basis of the mechanical and mathematical model of a compound bow. The difference between results of modelling and measurement was near 7 %, while the error due to digital image deformation was evaluated to be near 1 % which was considered as acceptable. The calculated results indicated noticeable differences from simulations using the constraint of symmetrical limb deformation. Comparison of symmetrical and asymmetrical simulations with experimental data revealed that the asymmetrical simulation gave a closer match to the measured values for cam angles; the simulated and measured cam angle asymmetry was much greater than any measurement errors. A method of measuring skier’s body coordinates based on the results of video recordings and office information technologies was created. Kinematical parameters of the skier’s body pose at the beginning of take-off were determined using sport competition results of 33 ski jumpers. Five parameters of the pose which show statistically significant correlation ( р < 0.03) with the jump length were determined. A part of variation of the model parameters in the total variation of the jump length is almost equal to 53%, and relative correlation is strong and significant ( p < 0.005). The purpose of this research was to create a practical model of general physical endurance of first-year university male students in the context of the pandemic of the corona virus. The testing was carried out during physical education classes, which took place according to the first academic year curriculum. The time of overcoming the 2000 meters course on the stadium treadmill was measured in September and in March of the academic year 2019-2020. During the research stage, the indicator of general endurance of students of all the three universities statistically significantly deteriorated. According to the results of ANOVA the absence of a statistically significant difference in the value of the indicator of general endurance between students of three universities both at the beginning and at the end of the research stage was revealed. Анотація Пандемія Covid-19 завдала значної шкоди системі фізичного виховання учнів. Мета цього дослідження полягало у створенні практичної моделі загальної фізичної витривалості студентів-першокурсників ВНЗ у контексті пандемія коронавірусу. Тестування проводилося на уроках фізкультури, які проходили згідно до навчального плану першого н.р. Час подолання дистанції 2000 метрів на біговій доріжці стадіону був вимірюється у вересні та березні 2019-2020 навчального року. На етапі дослідження показник заг витривалість студентів усіх трьох університетів статистично суттєво погіршилася. The purpose of the work was to study the effect of simulation exercises on the physical conditioning of junior skeet shooters at the stage of preliminary basic training. The following methods were used: analysis and generalization of library resources, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. To assess the conditioning of athletes, a set of tests was used to determine stamina and coordination abilities. The study involved 22 athletes of the Olympic Reserve Junior Special School "Signal" and Complex Junior Sport School "Kolos" in Lviv (Ukraine), specializing in skeet shooting. The skeet shooters were divided into experimental and control groups. It is revealed that theoretically and practically shotgun shooting needs solving the requirements and tasks that relate to various aspects of shooters’ training, including physical ones. The positive dynamics of the shooters’ physical conditioning in the experimental group was found: the probable differences between the experimental and control groups were determined by the following indices: lifting the body from the lying position during 30 seconds (p = 0.030), the test "ten eights" (p <0.001) and throwing tennis ball at the target (p = 0.017). The necessity of applying pedagogical tests is grounded, which allow defining such physical qualities as: stamina and coordination abilities.
