Формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців туристичної галузі засобами інноваційних технологій

Abstract

У дисертації проаналізовано сучасний стан підготовки фахівців туристичної галузі засобами інноваційних технологій. На основі аналізу публікацій науковців у галузі освіти та практиків туристичної індустрії визначено суперечності очікування роботодавців та реального стану підготовки майбутніх фахівців туристичної галузі, сформульовано і обґрунтовано педагогічні умови, розроблено модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців туристичної галузі засобами інноваційних технологій. The dissertation analyzes the current state of training of tourism industry specialists using innovative technologies. Based on the analysis of publications of scientists in the field of education and practitioners of the tourism industry, the contradictions between the expectations of employers and the real state of training of future specialists in the tourism industry are identified, pedagogical conditions are formulated and substantiated, a model for the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the tourism industry by means of innovative technologies is developed.
