Abstract

монографії розглядаються спортивно-педагогічні системи як аналоги малих груп, до яких автори відносять спортивні організації, команди, групи, екіпажі тощо. Окремо виділено особистісні взаємодії у тренуванні тренера зі спортсменами і спортсменів між собою. Приводяться структурно-функціональні характеристики особистості тренера, спортсмена, умови і форми організації керування у спортивно-педагогічних системах. Автори звертають увагу на людський фактор як один з найважливіших елементів успішного функціонування системи. Визначено взаємозв’язок індивідуальної і групової відповідальності з зовнішніми і внутрішніми факторами керування. Виділено основні системно-структурні утворення малих груп і їх вплив на ефективність навчально-тренувального процесу.
