Документ Differentiated approach to physical education of adolescents with different speed of biological development(2019) Sitovskyi, Andrii; Maksymchuk, Borys; Kuzmenko, Vasyl; Nosko, Yulya; Korytko, Zoryana; Bahinska, Olga; Marchenko, Oksana; Nikolaienko, Valerii; Matviichuk, Tetiana; Solovyov, Valleriy; Khurtenko, Oksana; Slyusarenko, Nina; Zhorova, Iryna; Maksymchuk, IrinaAim: to justify and experimentally verify themethodology of differentiated approach to developing motor skills of seventh-graders depending on paces of their biological development. Material: 304 schoolchildren (148 boys and 156 girls), seventh-graders from the general education school No 20 in Lutsk, participated in the formative pedagogical experiment. The control group consisted of 99 boys and 105 girls and the experimental group – 49 boys and 51 girls, who were classified into the main medical group for health reasons and were not involved in sports sections. Results: It was found that schoolchildren with different levels of biological development within one age-sex group differ significantly in terms of the cardiorespiratory system capacity, physical performance and physical fitness. Therefore, the authors designed the methodology for allocating educational time to develop motor skills of seventh-graders during physical education lessons depending on paces of their biological development under the conditions of three physical education lessons per week. Conclusions: this methodology of differentiated approach to allocating educational time to develop motor skills of seventh-graders is an effective means for differentiated physical education of adolescents, which is reflected in the increase in the level of physical fitness and performance in seventh-graders during the pedagogical experiment.Документ New Physical and Neurophysiological Rehabilitation Programmes for Women of Childbearing Age(2023) Honcharuk, Nataliia; Tamozhanska, Ganna; Korytko, Zoryana; Rusyn, Ljudmyla; Vasylieva, Nataliia; Adamenko, Oksana; Maksymchuk, Borys; Гончарук, Наталія; Таможанська, Ганна; Коритко, Зоряна; Русин, Людмила; Васильєва, Наталія; Адаменко, Оксана; Максимчук, БорисThe article describes physical and neurophysiological rehabilitation of women of childbearing age with extragenital pathology, the most common oncologic pathologies of female genitalia. The article aims to develop a programme of physical and neurophysiological rehabilitation for women of childbearing age with extragenital pathology who underwent ovariectomy and evaluate its effectiveness. The authors observed 100 women aged between 18 and 45: the control group (CG) - 50 women and the experimental group (EG) - 50 women; each group was also divided into two age sub-groups - 18-29 years old and 30-45 years old. The exercise therapy included physical and neurostimulation rehabilitation measures: calisthenic routine, static and dynamic breathing exercises, shallow breathing, some elements of muscle relaxation and autogenic training, dosed walking inside the ward, going up the stairs, as well as dosed walking using treadmills, pelvic floor exercises. Methods of studying rehabilitation effectiveness are the following: instrumental methods (heart rate monitoring; arterial tonometry; respiratory rate measuring; spirometry); functional tests (hypoxic Stange and Genchi tests; orthostatic tests; clinostatic tests); laboratory research methods (clinical blood tests). The article proves that the employed methods of physical rehabilitation helped to increase indicators of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in EG patients aged between 18 and 29 3-5 days earlier and EG patients aged between 30 and 45 - 3-4 days earlier than that in CG. It proves the effectiveness of the developed programme of physical rehabilitation for women of childbearing age with extragenital pathology who underwent ovariectomy. Physical Rehabilitation Program for Students of the Special Medical Group(BRAIN. Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience, 2022-03-25) Голод, Наталія; Коритко, Зоряна; Русин, Людмила; Балух, Микола; Яковлів, Володимир; Гнип, Ігор; Golod, Nataliya; Korytko, Zoryana; Rusyn, Ljudmyla; Balukh, Mykola; Yakovliv, Volodimir; Hnyp, IhorMost of the current programs of physical rehabilitation of students of a special medical group (hereinafter - SMG) are aimed only at a separate contingent depending on the type of nosology, which complicates the work of the teacher and reduces the effectiveness of classes for other students. In fact, no physical rehabilitation programs have been developed for female students who have the highest reproductive potential. Therefore, the creation of a rehabilitation program that will not only be able to cover students with various diseases, but will also be useful for the prevention of risk factors for chronic noncommunicable diseases (CHD) as the most acute demographic problem is relevant. The purpose of the study is to develop, scientifically substantiate and test the program of physical rehabilitation of students of a special medical group, taking into account motor disorders. The developed program of physical rehabilitation of SMG students taking into account motor impairments had a complex character and included the following elements: lifestyle modification, kinesitherapy (with stoppage of fitness yoga, functional training, aerobic training) (swimming, fitness, jogging, health) selfmassage with the Lyapko applicator. The control group included 24 individuals, the experimental group consisted of two groups of 24 individuals. The following methods were used to solve the research tasks: analysis of scientific and special literature, surveys and questionnaires, pedagogical testing, methods of determining indicators of physical development, physical fitness and functional state of the organism, methods of mathematical statistics. After the implementation of the developed program of physical rehabilitation for female students, a decrease in the number and intensity of modified risk factors for CHD due to increased physical activity, reduction of bad habits was determined; reducing the number of complaints. Studies on the effectiveness of the program of physical rehabilitation of female students, taking into account motor impairments, tested on a sufficient number of female students of the special medical group, have confirmed data and can serve as a basis for practical implementation of this program.Документ Prediction of survival in non-Hodgkin lymphoma based on markers of systemic inflammation, anemia, hypercoagulability, dyslipidemia, and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status(2020-05-18) Dzis, Ivan; Tomashevska, Oleksandra; Dzis, Yevhen; Korytko, Zoryana; Коритко, ЗорянаBackground: The International Prognostic Index and its modifications are used to estimate prognosis in non-Hodgkin lymphoma. However, the outcome is often different in patients with similar index scores. Aim: The aim of this study was to elaborate a prognostic model for patients with mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma using a combination of predictive markers. Material and methods: The study included 45 patients with mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Before the administration of treatment, clinical and laboratory parameters were measured. After the 35-month follow-up period, overall survival was studied in relation to the data obtained at initial examination. Results: We revealed nine adverse predictive markers for overall survival of enrolled patients: Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status >1; erythrocyte sedimentation rate >30 mm/h; levels of hemoglobin <120 g/L, fibrinogen ≥6 g/L, interleukin-6 ≥2 pg/mL, tumor necrosis factor ≥1.45 pg/mL, soluble fibrin monomer complexes >4 mg/dL, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol <1.03 mmol/L in men, and <1.29 mmol/L in women; and short activated partial thromboplastin time. A prognostic model for the estimation of the risk of death within the ensuing 1.5–2 years in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma was constructed. Conclusion: Markers of inflammation, anemia, hypercoagulability, dyslipidemia, and poor ECOG status are associated with worse survival in patients with mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Документ Teaching approaches in extracurricular physical activities for 12-14-year-old pupils under environmentally unfavourable conditions(2018) Halaidiuk, Mykola; Maksymchuk, Borys; Khurtenko, Oksana; Zuma, Ivan; Korytko, Zoryana; Andrieieva, Rehina; Strykalenko, Yevhenii; Zhosan, Ihor; Syvokhop, Yaroslav; Shkola, Olena; Fomenko, Olena; Maksymchuk, Iryna; Коритко, ЗорянаThe methodology for enhancing physical fitness of 12-14 year old pupils living under the conditions of high radiation through extracurricular basketball activities has been justified in the research. Different aspects of the problem have been considered through the prism of pupils’ individual characteristics, unfavourable environmental conditions, magnitude of motor activity and physical and mental performance. Implementing rational teaching approaches to designing the content of extracurricular physical activities aimed at optimizing physical education and raising the level of physical culture into school practice has significantly improved physical condition of pupils and enhanced effectiveness of the education process in general. Comprehensive approach to solving the problem of improving physical education has increased the levels of pupils’ physical and mental performance. The overall motor activity has increased by 18.8%, physical activity – by 17.9%. The results of teaching experiment show that basketball-oriented physical education is more effective under the conditions of high radiation than traditional practices. The obtained data of teaching experiment indicate the increase in physical condition and motor activity of pupils, their level of physical and mental performance and health, which proves effectiveness of the author’s methodology. Therefore, it can be successfully introduced into physical education in school.Документ Use of integral hematological indices for diagnostics of athletes’ adaptive processes(2019) Коритко, Зоряна; Кулітка, Едуард; Чорненька, Галина; Західний, Василь; Korytko, Zoryana; Kulitka, Eduard; Chornenka, Halyna; Zachidnyy, VasylThe article investigates the changes in blood indices of athletes-runners of various qualifications at a state of rest, in conditions of physical maximum load and during the restoration period. On the basis of leukograms, integrated hematological indices were calculated for substantiation of the adaptation processes to physical load. A total of 35 male runners at short distances were examined. Two groups were formed: the first group included athletes of low qualification (II-III grade) (n = 20) and the second group included athletes of high qualification (I grade - Masters of Sports) (n = 15). On the basis of lesser changes in the leukogram indices, as well as lower changes in the values of integral hematological indices observed in high-skilled runners, it was concluded that athletes of high qualification have more perfect regulation mechanisms of adaptive-compensatory states of organism under conditions of physical load "to refusal". The obtained data confirm that integral hematological indices can be functional state markers for assessing athletes’ adaptive reactions to vigorous physical activity.Документ Use of integral hematological indices for diagnostics of athletes’ adaptive processes(2019) Korytko, Zoryana; Kulitka, Eduard; Chornenka, Halyna; Zachidnyy, VasylThe article investigates the changes in blood indices of athletes-runners of various qualifications at a state of rest, in conditions of physical maximum load and during the restoration period. To ensure the accurate prescription of physical exertion in sports, physical education, and rehabilitation, it is crucial to employ criteria of adequacythat signify the compatibility of physical exertion with the body's functional capabilities. Objective. This study aimed to establish criteria for assessing the adequacy of physical activity, utilizing hemogram indicators and coagulation homeostasis parameters in the context of extreme physical activity. Materials and methods. The research involved two groups of 46 male sprinters aged 18–20 years. The first group (GI) comprised highly skilled athletes (Category I - MS, n = 21), while the second group (GII) included less skilled athletes (Categories II-III, n = 25). Additionally, a control group (CG) comprised healthy volunteers of the corresponding age and sex who were not engaged in sports (n = 12).Changes ofthe complete blood count and separate indicators of coagulation homeostasis at rest, under conditions of maximum physical load "to failure" and during recovery were studied. The results. It was established that some indicators of hemogram and indicators of coagulation homeostasis changed differently in low- and highskilledathletes during extreme physical load and during recovery. Athletes of different qualifications differed in the dynamics of the following hemogram indicators (markers): hemoglobin concentration, red blood cell count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, white blood cell count total, number of segmented neutrophils, leukocyte intoxication index. These parameters were higher in low- than in high-skilled athletes. The low-skilled athletes also had greater changes of indicators that characterize the tendency to hypercoagulation. Close correlations between these marker indicators and parameters of coagulation homeostasis were also established. Discussion. The marker indicators changed more in low- than in high-skilled athletes, because these athleteshad less developed mechanisms of regulation of adaptive and compensatory states in conditions of physical exertion "to failure". An increase in marker indicators signaled unfavorable changes in the body of low-skilled athletes when physically overworked. This was confirmed by an increase in the tendency to hypercoagulation with its known pathogenetic effect on the body. Conclusions. The obtained data confirm that the hemogram indicators and the indicators of coagulation homeostasis can be markers of the functional state for assessing adaptive reactions of athletes to intensive physical work. They can also be used as markers when dosing exercises in physical education and rehabilitation.
