Тенденції розвитку закладів загальної середньої освіти України наприкінці ХХ ст. – початку ХХІ ст.

Abstract

У монографії викладено історико-педагогічні аспекти проблеми розвитку закладів загальної середьної освіти в Україні наприкінці ХХ – на початку ХХІ століття. Обгрунтовано розвиток ЗЗСО як процес, зумовлений насамперед соціально-економічними зрушеннями в умовах деполітизації системи шкільної освіти та розбудови ринкової економіки й законодавчого нормування в галузі освіти. Виявлено, що кінець ХХ – початок ХХІ століття характеризується появою моделі приватних закладів загальної середньої освіти і опорних шкіл, яка ґрунтується на педагогічно доцільному освітньому середовищі, що забезпечує якісну освіту, практичний досвід та створює умови щодо формування компетентностей особистості, здатності й готовності особистості приймати рішення на основі цінностей, робити аргументований вибір і творити власне майбутнє. Зміст навчання учнів у ЗЗСО збагачується культурними надбаннями з урахуванням регіональних особливостей і нових концептів: освіта як підготовка для життя у соціумі, відкритість освітнього середовища, розвиток вільної особистості з критичним мисленням і здатністю до саморозвитку. The monograph presents the historical and pedagogical aspects of the problem of the development of general secondary education institutions in Ukraine in the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries. The author substantiates the development of general secondary education as a process caused primarily by socio-economic changes in the context of depoliticization of the school education system and the development of a market economy and legislative regulation in the field of education. It is found that the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries are characterized by the emergence of a model of private general secondary education institutions and hub schools based on a pedagogically appropriate educational environment that provides quality education, practical experience and creates conditions for the formation of personal competencies, the ability and willingness of the individual to make decisions based on values, make informed choices and create their own future. The content of students' education in general secondary schools is enriched by cultural heritage, taking into account regional peculiarities and new concepts: education as preparation for life in society, openness of the educational environment, development of a free personality with critical thinking and the ability to self-development.
