Особливості та перспективи розвитку індустрії гостинності в Україні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню трансформаційних процесів розвитку індустрії гостинності в Україні на сучасному етапі. Об’єктом дослідження є трансформаційні процеси, які вплинули на розвиток індустрії гостинності впродовж 2010-2023 років. Виявлено, що основними причинами бурхливого розвитку індустрії гостинності у XX ст. є чинники середовища, серед яких економічні, соціальні, демографічні чинники та безпекові. Проаналізовані чинники трансформації індустрії гостинності на базі наявних статистичних даних, які чітко вказують на зміни, що відбувалися на сучасному етапі розвитку галузі. Одними з головних чинників, які мають опосередкований вплив на розвиток індустрії гостинності, є економічні чинники, адже невеликі коливання в економіці можуть змусити людей витрачати менше чи більше в індустрії гостинності. Виявлено, що в результаті зростання кількості населення, а відповідно коефіцієнту природного приросту, збільшується потенціал гостинності, а саме кількість гостей, нарощування трудових ресурсів, підвищення ефективності діяльності, прибутковості закладів гостинності. Досліджені міжнародні чинники впливу на розвиток індустрії гостинності, які відіграють значну роль у формуванні бюджету країни та її інвестиційної привабливості. Здійснено аналіз трансформаційних процесів розвитку індустрії гостинності на основі статистичної інформації щодо підготовки кваліфікованого персоналу в закладах освіти, а також запропоновані авторське тлумачення економічної категорії «безпека індустрії гостинності» та модель формування інституційного середовища в індустрії гостинності в умовах кризи. Результати дослідження можуть стати підґрунтям при розробленні стратегії розвитку індустрії гостинності в Україні в умовах виходу із кризи та розв’язанні питань, пов’язаних із управлінням ризиками. The article is devoted to the study of the transformational processes of the development of the hospitality industry in Ukraine at the current stage. The object of the study is the transformational processes that influenced the development of the hospitality industry during 2010-2023. It was revealed that the main reasons for the rapid development of the hospitality industry in the 20th century. there are environmental factors, including economic, social, demographic, international and security factors. The factors of the transformation of the hospitality industry are analyzed on the basis of available statistical data, which clearly indicate the changes that occurred at the current stage of the industry's development. One of the main factors that have an indirect effect on the development of the hospitality industry is economic factors because small fluctuations in the economy can make people spend less or more in the hospitality industry. It was revealed that as a result of population growth and, accordingly, the rate of natural increase, the potential of hospitality increases, namely the number of guests, increasing labour resources, increasing the efficiency of operations, and the profitability of hospitality establishments. The international factors influencing the development of the hospitality industry, which play a significant role in the formation of the country's budget and its investment attractiveness, are studied. An analysis of the transformational processes of development of the hospitality industry on the basis of statistical information on the training of qualified personnel in educational institutions is carried out, as well as the author's own interpretation of the economic category of «security of the hospitality industry» and a model of formation of the institutional environment in the hospitality industry in a crisis are proposed. The results of the study can become the basis for developing a strategy for the development of the hospitality industry in Ukraine in the context of overcoming the crisis and solving issues related to risk management.
