Психолого-педагогічні засади становлення професійної суб՚єктності майбутніх психологів

Abstract

В дослідженні проаналізовано зовнішні та внутрішні чинники становлення професійної суб’єктності та об՚єктивні чинники впливу на формування професійної суб՚єктності майбутніх фахівців різних напрямів підготовки. Досліджено професійну ідентичність, професійні складові, суб՚єктивні відчуття успішності як маркери професійної суб՚єктності. Упроваджено інноваційні технології розвитку професійної суб՚єктності. Розроблено комплексну програму психологічної підготовки до виконання професійної діяльності як практичний засіб сприяння розвитку професійної суб՚єктності майбутніх фахівців. The research paper analyzes outer and inner factors of professional subjectivity and objective factors of influence on formation of a future specialist՚s professional subjectivity. The paper studies professional identity, profession constituents, and the feeling of subjective success as the markers of professional subjectivity. Innovation technologies of forming profession subjectivity are introduced. A rehabilitation program for students with somatic disorders is created. A complex program of psychological preparation for professional activity is developed as a practical tool of forming future specialists՚ profession subjectivity. The effectiveness of psychological preparation strategies is proved by improving of students՚ general knowledge about specifics, psychological peculiarities, conditions and forms of organizing future professional activity as well as of modern tendencies and perspectives of the chosen specialty.
