Methods. Overall, 163 freshmen students (57 handball players, 51 football players and 55 basketball players) were enrolled. To assess the influence of training practices in team-sport gameson the level of theoretical knowledge and tactical thinking of ZNU students, we conducted and analyzed the dynamics of the relevant indicators. The recorded data was compared at the beginning and end of the study. The levels of theoretical knowledge and tactical thinking of the students involved in basketball, handball and football was assessed using the innovation computer program. Results. It was observed that most of the investigated characteristics in all studied groups of students steadily improved during the year. The tactical thinking level of student athletes with excellent value in performance football was 15.69%; in handball – 33.33%; in basketball – 14.55%. The theoretical thinking level of student athletes with excellent value in performance football was 19.61%; in handball –36.84%; in basketball – 16.36%. Conclusions. The methodology of the work.The expert assessment was conducted for direct participants, such as trainers of the training and competitive process of Super League Ukrainian teams, "Motor" and "ZTR". Results. According to the generalized estimations of experts, which we interpret as a holistic assessment of control system in training and competitive activity for highly qualified handball teams in the annual training macrocycle 2017-2018.It has been defined by its compliance with the essential task of the training system. Most assessments of the criteria were within full compliance with their requirements. Thus, the highest scores recorded for the purpose and validity of the criteria (by 3.78 and 3.81 points); presentation of information and coordination of control components (by 3.74 and 3.67 points); costs (by 3.59 points); completeness of the information (by 3.56 points); the value of information (by 3.41 points); determinism (by 3.19 points) and speed of decision (by 3.11 points). Another two assessments of criteria were closer to the high level and accounted for the continuity of the content of information and the frequency of control 2.96 and 2.78 points. Conclusions. The confirmed effectiveness of the development on the basis of our concept, control system of training and competitive activity of highly qualified handball teams in the annual preparation of the macrocycles. Additional components of burnout are characterized by cupping of stress that can be led to depersonalization. As a result, depersonalization reflected in the reduction of personal achievements in sport and the team as well. There are minimal researches of this condition, especially in handball. The current study examines the determine the degree of burnout in female handball players, depending on phases of ovarian-menstrual cycle (OMC). Data were analyzed via descriptive statistics, method of averages and selective method and correlation analysis. Diagnosis of the psychological state of the qualified female handball players showed that increased levels of burnout were observed in the menstrual, ovulatory and premenstrual phases, which indicated a significant tension mechanisms of psychological adaptation. It proved the presence of the connection between the level of the dominant emotional burnout phase and OMC phases. Due to the fact in handball, as a team sport, there are requirements for individual and team work. There is an urgent need for a leveling effect of the specific characteristics of the female body on the effectiveness of the training process and competitive activities. Our analysis of the results of the psychological state of the female handball players gives us the opportunity to state the need to develop a program to improve the training process of the female players using auto-training in the menstrual, ovulatory and menstrual phases.
