Навчальний посібник призначений для студентів закладів вищої освіти за освітньо-професійною програмою «Фізкультурно- спортивна реабілітація». У ньому представлено основні розмовні теми першого року навчання. Теоретичний та практичний матеріал закріплюється розширеною системою вправ, спрямованих на формування навичок усного та письмового мовлення. Матеріали посібника доповнено розділом додаткових завдань для закріплення лексичного матеріалу та продуктивного спілкування. The study guide is intended for students of higher education institutions in the educational and professional program “Physical Culture and Sports Rehabilitation”. It presents the main conversational topics of the first year of study. The theoretical and practical material is reinforced by an expanded system of exercises aimed at developing oral and written communication skills. The materials in the textbook are supplemented by a section of additional tasks to consolidate vocabulary and productive communication.

Автор наукової статті розглядає проблематику дистанційного навчання у вищій школі, фокусуючись на його перевагах, недоліках та перспективах. Зростання ролі технологій та зміни в соціокультурному середовищі спо- нукають заклади вищої освіти до реформування традиційних методів навчання та впровадження інноваційних підходів. У статті докладно розглядаються переваги дистанційного навчання. Зокрема, зазначається його гнуч- кість, яка дає можливість студентам здобувати знання власним темпом та віддалено від закладу вищої освіти. Підкреслюється можливість отримання освіти в будь-якому місці світу, що розширює географічні межі навчан- ня. Однак автор статті також обговорює низку недоліків дистанційного навчання. Серед них – відсутність фізичного взаємодії та обмеження соціального контакту, що може впливати на розвиток соціальних навичок студентів. Також розглядаються труднощі, пов’язані з мотивацією та технічними аспектами, які виникають у процесі дистанційного навчання. Особлива увага приділяється перспективам розвитку дистанційного навчання в контексті сучасних викликів та можливостей. Висвітлюються технологічні інновації, такі як: використання віртуальної реальності та штучного інтелекту, які можуть збагатити процес навчання та робити його більш ефективним. Автор акцентує увагу на важливості оцінювання в контексті дистанційного навчання. Зазнача- ється, що успіх цього формату навчання залежить від ретельного вивчення педагогічних стратегій, які під- тримують активне навчання та залучення студентів. Підкреслюється необхідність постійного вдосконалення дистанційного навчання, зокрема шляхом використання передових технологій та урахуванням сучасних потреб освіти. Ця стаття є важливим внеском у наукову дискусію щодо ролі та перспектив дистанційного навчання у вищій школі, а також визначає напрямки для подальших досліджень у цій області. The author of the scientific article examines the issue of distance learning in higher education, focusing on its advantages, disadvantages, and prospects. The increasing role of technology and changes in the socio-cultural environment prompt higher education institutions to reform traditional teaching methods and implement innovative approaches. The article extensively discusses the advantages of distance learning, highlighting its flexibility, which allows students to acquire knowledge at their own pace and remotely from the higher education institution. Emphasis is placed on the possibility of obtaining education anywhere in the world, thus expanding the geographical boundaries of learning. However, the author also discusses a range of disadvantages of distance learning, including the lack of physical interaction and limitations on social contact, which can impact the development of students’ social skills. Difficulties related to motivation and technical aspects that arise during distance learning are also considered. Special attention is given to the prospects of distance learning development in the context of contemporary challenges and opportunities. Technological innovations such as the use of virtual reality and artificial intelligence are highlighted as means to enrich the learning process and make it more effective. The author emphasizes the importance of assessment in the context of distance learning, noting that the success of this learning format depends on a thorough study of pedagogical strategies supporting active learning and student engagement. The need for continuous improvement of distance learning, particularly through the use of advanced technologies and consideration of modern educational needs, is underscored. This article contributes significantly to the scientific discussion on the role and perspectives of distance learning in higher education, also outlining directions for further research in this field.

У методичній розробці представлено тему «Спортивна спеціалізація» (Триатлон) для самостійної й аудиторної роботи студентів. Теоретичний та практичний матеріал закріплюється розширеною системою вправ на оволодіння мовним матеріалом зі спеціальності. Матеріали методичної розробки спрямовані на розвиток у студентів мовленнєвих навичок сприйняття і розуміння спеціальної спортивної літератури та формування вмінь читання, говоріння і письма. Методична розробка призначена для студентів галузі фізичної культури і спорту. The methodological development presents the topic "Sports Specialization" (Triathlon) for independent and classroom work of students. The theoretical and practical material is reinforced by an extended system of exercises to master the language material in the specialty. The materials of the methodological development are aimed at developing students' speech skills of perception and understanding of special sports literature and the formation of reading, speaking and writing skills. The methodological development is intended for students of physical culture and sports.

У статті досліджується проблема формування науково-дослідницької компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти в контексті інноваційного університетського середовища. Проаналізовано сутність, структуру та особливості науково-дослідницької компетентності як інтегративної якості майбутнього фахівця. Обґрунтовано психолого-педагогічні умови ефективного формування дослідницьких навичок студентів. редставленоавторськумодельформуваннянауково-дослідницької компетентності, яка інтегрує традиційні та інноваційні підходи до організації дослідницької діяльності. Висвітлено результати експериментальної перевірки ефективності запропонованої системи. Розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо впровадження інноваційних технологій у процес формування науково-дослідницької компетентності. The article examines the complex issue of developing research competence in higher education students within the context of an innovative university environment. This study addresses the growing need for graduates who can not only apply existing knowledge but also generate innovative solutions through scientific inquiry. The essence, structure, and distinctive features of research competence are thoroughly analyzed as integrative qualities essential for future specialists in a knowledge-based economy. The paper presents a multidimensional approach to understanding research competence, encompassing cognitive, operational, motivational, and reflexive components. The psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective formation of students' research skills are substantiated through both theoretical analysis and empirical investigation. These conditions include creating a stimulating academic environment, implementing problem-based learning approaches, integrating digital research tools, and fostering collaborative research communities within the university setting. The study emphasizes the importance of authentic research experiences and mentorship in developing sustainable research competencies. The author's original model of research competence development is presented, which innovatively integrates traditional educational approaches with cutting-edge methodologies for organizing research activities. This model incorporates progressive stages of competence formation, from foundational research literacy to advanced independent scientific inquiry, and addresses various learning styles and disciplinary contexts. The results of a comprehensive experimental verification of the proposed system's effectiveness are highlighted, demonstrating significant improvement in students' research capabilities across multiple dimensions. Statistical analysis confirms the positive impact of the innovative university environment on students' motivation for research, methodological expertise, and analytical thinking skills.
