Документ Study ingInnovationasthe Factorin Professional Self-Developmentof Specialistsin Physical Education and Sport(2020-12-22) Palamarchuk, O.; Gurevych, R.; Maksymchuk, B.; Gerasymova, I.; Fushtey, O.; Logutina, N.; Kalashnik, N.; Kylivnyk, A.; Haba, I.; Matviichuk, T.; Solovyov, V.; Maksymchuk, I.Abstract:Lifetimeemploymentofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportispossibleonlyundertheconditionsofenhancingtheirprofessionalself-development,whoseessentialcomponentisinnovativeactivity.Thearticleaimstoidentifythecurrentlevelofinnovationofprofessionalactivitiesofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsport.Itisalsoessentialtodeterminethemaincharacteristicsoftheinnovationindicatorduringprofessionalself-developmentofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsport.Theselectedpsychodiagnosticmethodshavemadeitpossibletodiagnosespecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportandrevealthemaincharacteristicsoftheinnovationindicator,namely,average,quadraticdeviation,asymmetryandexcess.Thepaperalsousedfollowingmethodologies:self-efficacydiagnosis,thelevelofsubjectivecontrolandthestyleofresponsetochanges.Theresearchsamplecomprisedofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportofdifferentagegroups,withdifferentexperienceandqualificationdegree.Intotal,thestudyinvolved209participants.Thetotaldispersionoftheselectedfactorsfortheresearchgroupswithaprevailingconservativestyleisapproximately61%.Thedevelopmentofcapabilityforinnovationinspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportinvolvesenhancingtheirpsychologicalqualitiessuchasparticularsensitivitytoprofessionalchanges,readinesstotakerisksandberesponsibleforpossiblefailures,independentjudgmentwhiletakingprofessionaldecisions,focusonpersonalandprofessionalself-development,willingnesstosearchfornewprofessionalideas.Документ Training Future Teachersto Organize School Sport(2020-12-22) Maksymchuk, B.; Gurevych, R.; Matviichuk, T.; Surovov, O.; Stepanchenko, N.; Opushko, N.; Sitovskyi, A.; Kosynskyi, E.; Bogdanyuk, A.; Vakoliuk, A.; Solovyov, V.; Maksymchuk, I.Abstract:Nowadays,sportgivesmoreconsistentresultsthaninthepast.Therefore,itisimportanttousesportsachievementsinphysicaleducationofpupilsandstudentsinordertoincreasephysicalpotentialofthemankind.Theresearchaimstotheoreticallyjustifyandexperimentallyverifyapedagogicaltechnologyoftrainingfutureteacherstoorganizeschoolsport.Physicaltrainingcanbeconsideredeffectiveifarelevanttechnologyhasbeenintroduced.Thistechnologyshouldconsistofthefollowingpedagogicalconditions:applyingsportsandphysicaleducation;conductingworkshops(practice-orientedtraining);strengtheningjointeffortsofsubjectlecturers;organizingactiveformsofresearchactivities;conductingsystematicmonitoringandevaluation;providinglecturersandstudentswitheducationalandmethodologicalliterature.Methods:pedagogicalobservation,modelling,interviewing,diagnosticinterviews,questionnaires,expertevaluation;pedagogicalexperiment;methodsofmathematicalstatistics.Threeexperimentalgroups(56,30,27respondents)andthreecontrolgroups(55,30,29respondents)wereformed.Theoverallresultsobtainedfromcontrolandexperimentalgroupsduringtheformativeexperimentshowpositivedynamicsofchangesinexperimentalgroups.Theformulatedconclusionsverifytheresearchhypothesisthattheproposedtechnologycansignificantlyincreasereadinessoffutureteacherstoorganizeschoolsportprovidedithasbeenintroducedintopracticalactivitiesofhighereducationinstitutions.Документ Досвід організації фізичного виховання молодших школярів в Україні та країнах близького і далекого зарубіжжя(2008) Максимчук, Б.; Maksymchuk, B.
