    Abstract:Lifetimeemploymentofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportispossibleonlyundertheconditionsofenhancingtheirprofessionalself-development,whoseessentialcomponentisinnovativeactivity.Thearticleaimstoidentifythecurrentlevelofinnovationofprofessionalactivitiesofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsport.Itisalsoessentialtodeterminethemaincharacteristicsoftheinnovationindicatorduringprofessionalself-developmentofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsport.Theselectedpsychodiagnosticmethodshavemadeitpossibletodiagnosespecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportandrevealthemaincharacteristicsoftheinnovationindicator,namely,average,quadraticdeviation,asymmetryandexcess.Thepaperalsousedfollowingmethodologies:self-efficacydiagnosis,thelevelofsubjectivecontrolandthestyleofresponsetochanges.Theresearchsamplecomprisedofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportofdifferentagegroups,withdifferentexperienceandqualificationdegree.Intotal,thestudyinvolved209participants.Thetotaldispersionoftheselectedfactorsfortheresearchgroupswithaprevailingconservativestyleisapproximately61%.Thedevelopmentofcapabilityforinnovationinspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportinvolvesenhancingtheirpsychologicalqualitiessuchasparticularsensitivitytoprofessionalchanges,readinesstotakerisksandberesponsibleforpossiblefailures,independentjudgmentwhiletakingprofessionaldecisions,focusonpersonalandprofessionalself-development,willingnesstosearchfornewprofessionalideas.

    Abstract:Nowadays,sportgivesmoreconsistentresultsthaninthepast.Therefore,itisimportanttousesportsachievementsinphysicaleducationofpupilsandstudentsinordertoincreasephysicalpotentialofthemankind.Theresearchaimstotheoreticallyjustifyandexperimentallyverifyapedagogicaltechnologyoftrainingfutureteacherstoorganizeschoolsport.Physicaltrainingcanbeconsideredeffectiveifarelevanttechnologyhasbeenintroduced.Thistechnologyshouldconsistofthefollowingpedagogicalconditions:applyingsportsandphysicaleducation;conductingworkshops(practice-orientedtraining);strengtheningjointeffortsofsubjectlecturers;organizingactiveformsofresearchactivities;conductingsystematicmonitoringandevaluation;providinglecturersandstudentswitheducationalandmethodologicalliterature.Methods:pedagogicalobservation,modelling,interviewing,diagnosticinterviews,questionnaires,expertevaluation;pedagogicalexperiment;methodsofmathematicalstatistics.Threeexperimentalgroups(56,30,27respondents)andthreecontrolgroups(55,30,29respondents)wereformed.Theoverallresultsobtainedfromcontrolandexperimentalgroupsduringtheformativeexperimentshowpositivedynamicsofchangesinexperimentalgroups.Theformulatedconclusionsverifytheresearchhypothesisthattheproposedtechnologycansignificantlyincreasereadinessoffutureteacherstoorganizeschoolsportprovidedithasbeenintroducedintopracticalactivitiesofhighereducationinstitutions.
