During a long-term study it was established that in women in the period from 30 to 49 years, the ratio of the components that make up the body weight varies. In 37-49 year-old women, the fat content is 12.60% (p <0.05) higher than the content of this component in women aged 30-36 years. At the same time, the content of the muscle component in women of the older age group is lower by 7.78% (p <0.05) than in younger women. In 37- 49 year-old women body weight and body mass index are higher by 13.18% and 10.98% (p <0.05) respectively, than in 30-36 years-old women. The application of the endogenous-hypoxic breathing technique during aquafitness training increases the effectiveness of their positive impact on aerobic productivity of the body, the function of respiratory and cardiovascular systems, and the ability of the body to withstand hypoxia in relative muscular resting state, that is confirmed by a reliable difference between the values of control and main groups.Документ Effectiveness of the application of the endogenous-hypoxic breathing technique in the physical training of 13-16-year-old cyclists(2017) Gavrylova, Nataliia; Bohuslavska, Viktoriia; Pityn, Maryan; Moseichuk, Yuriy; Kyselytsia, OksanaThe issue of perfection of functional and physical fitness of 13 16 year old cyclists by means of application of the endogenous hypoxic breathing techniques in the training process is investigated in the article. Due to the application of the endogenous hypoxic breathing technique in combination with exercise loads, cyclists aged 13 16 years have positive changes in the apparatus of external respiration: the functional capabilities of the respiratory muscles are increased, the respiratory surface of the lungs increases, there is an economization of the respiratory muscles work in the relative muscular rest state, and it is also facilitated also passage of air in the area of medium and small bronchi is facilitated. The effectiveness of the complex application of normobaric hypoxia and hypercapnia, as well as the training loads on the physical fitness of adolescent cyclists, depends on the age of athletes. In the 13 14 year old athletes, in 16 weeks after the beginning of the formative experiment, the special physical preparedness increased by the results of the cycling a 200 m flying start heat (2.75 %, p <0.05) and the cycling a 2,000 m heat with a single turning (by 5.18 %, p <0.01); general physical fitness by results of running 60 m race (by 3,43 %, p <0,05), running a 1,500 m race (3,16 %, p <0,01) and the maximum number of squats in 15 sec (at 8, 57 %, p <0.005). In 15 16 year old cyclists, training sessions with application of the endogenous hypoxic breathing technique contributed to an increase in overall physical fitness – according to the results of running a 1,500 m race (2.29 %, p <0.02) and special physical fitness – according to the results of cycling a 2,000 m heat with one turn (5.91 %, p <0.005).Документ Substantiation of the integrated physical rehabilitation program for the higher educational establishment students suffering from bronchial asthma(2017) Onyshchuk, Viktoriia; Bohuslavska, Viktoriia; Pityn, Maryan; Kyselytsia, Oksana; Dotsiuk, LidiiaThe article is devoted to the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of the integrated physical rehabilitation program for students suffering from bronchial asthma. For patients with bronchial asthma (BA) it has been developed the integrated physical rehabilitation program, which includes therapeutic physical training (morning hygienic gymnastics, special breathing exercises, metered running and walking on the stadium's running track, action games, relay races, walking and running on stairs and walking through the hurdles), autogenous training, the endogenous hypoxic breathing technique on the “Endogenic 01” apparatus, single dousing with cold water after a warm shower. Purpose: to explore the effectiveness of the application of boxing means within a framework of the variable part of the content of the discipline “Physical Education” to improve the physical preparedness of pupils of the lyceums with intensive military and physical training. Methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological literature and Internet data, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Organization. The pupils of Mukachevo lyceum with intensive military and physical training participated in the study; they were divided into two groups (control group, n=63 and experimental group, n=29) in the second term of 2014-1015 academic year. Results. The effectiveness of the application of boxing means within the framework of the variable module of the educational subject “Physical Education” is associated with reliable intra-group increases in the indicators of students according to such manifestations of physical qualities: the maximum strength is 10.55-12.31 %, p≤0.05-0.0; the explosive strength – 5.86-17.06 % at р≤0.05-0.1; the flexibility – 12.69-24.82 % at р≤0.05-0.01; the speed capabilities – 18.77-25.13 %, at p≤0.01; the strength endurance and speed-strength endurance - 18.03-28.50 % at p≤0.01 and general endurance - 9.42 % at p≤0.01 compared to the baseline level
