It has been ascertained that locomotor activity helps to restore fitness shape, promotes development and refinement of physical, mental, functional and volitional skills, facilitates integration of the disabled athletes into the society. Expediency of special exercises, remedial massage modalities as well as hydrotherapeutic procedures for athletes with disabilities has been substantiated. The effect of various individual programs, means and modalities of physical rehabilitation on the biochemical indices of athletes with disabilities of different nosological forms of diseases has been analyzed. Algorithm tools and physical therapy methodology of individual programs for disabled athletes have been elaborated. The effect of physical therapy means upon biochemical indices of disabled athletes with various disease entities has been analyzed. There were no considerable changes in HR (min.-1) at the beginning of CR6, however, the reaction of HR during CR15 was characterized by noticeable rise: from 71.4(63.9;77.5) to 82.0 (72.2;89.3), р < 0.01; and after endurance training HR (min.-1) it sharply fell to 64.3 (60.8;68.3), р < 0.01 during SR; its reaction to CR6 and CR15 turned to be rather lower, yet, the reaction to CR15 with insignificant degree of probability still exceeded the one during SR та CR6. The latter may indicate a more adequate HR response to hyperventilation, which occurs when the tests are performed. HRV indices before and after training during CR6 do not differ between one another. The increase in endurance was reflected in response of HF (ms2) of HRV that was not practically influenced by controlled respiration. That differed them from the data at the beginning of the training where there was significant decrease in HF (ms2) to 967.2(479.6;2540.2) during CR15 in comparison with SR (2035.7(756.3;6037.3)) and CR6 (2560.9(1361.6; 5098.0)) (р<0.05). There was significant decrease in LF/HF (р<0.01) during CB15 in response to increase in endurance. VLF (ms2) indices during SR at the beginning and in the end of tests do not differ; and the reaction to CR6 does not lead to changes in VLF (ms2). The reaction to CR15 at the beginning does not differ from SR and CR6 indices. Мета:метою даного дослідження було узагаль-нити поліфункціональні зміни, які відбуваються в організмі спортсменів вищої кваліфікації з ознаками формування перенапруження вегета-тивної регуляції під впливом тренувального навантаження та в період відновлення після нього.Документ Polyfunctional express-evaluation criteria of the sportsman organism state(2019) Guzii, Oksana; Romanchuk, Alexander; Mahlovanyi, Anatiliy; Trach, Volodymyr; Гузій, Оксана; Романчук, Олександр; Магльований, Анатолій; Трач, ВолодимирAfter examining 1930 male athletes, which included three consecutive two-minute measurements using the SACR, followed by an analysis of individual components of the spectral power of the heart rate variability (HRV), variability of systolic blood pressure (SBPV) and diastolic blood pressure variability (DBPV), and spontaneous respiration (SR)and controlled respiration (CR) together with designed centennial tables, the ranges of which differ significantly, the spectrum of normative values of heart rate variability indicators, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, breathing at random and controlled respiration were determined. While conducting tests on CR compared with SR, it is found out that CR6 significantly increases the LF component and reduces the HF component, and CR15 slightly affects the LF component and significantly increases the HF component of the spectral respiration power. It is also noted that CR6 and CR15 activate various regulatory links of system hemodynamics: at CR6: an increase in the LF component of respiration regulation is transferred to the LF component of regulation of HR, SBP and DBP, while the decrease of the HF components of respiratory regulation does not significantly affect -components of HR, SBP and DBP; at CR15: as light increase in the LF components of respiration regulation practically does not affect the LF components of regulation of SBP and DBP and reduces the LF component of regulation of HR, and asignificant increase in the HF components of respiration regulation is transferred to the HF components of regulation of SBP and DBP and practically does not affect on the HF component of the HRV. Thus, the data obtained during testing can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of reactivity and depressor changes in the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic ANS units in the regulation of the cardiopulmonary system, which are used to diagnose the functional readiness of an organism in conditions of training and competition processes.Документ Variability and Pattern of Spontaneous Respiration in Different Types of Cardiac Rhythm Regulation of Highly Trained Athletes(2021-02-01) Romanchuk, Alexander; Guzii, Oksana; Романчук, Олександр; Гузій, ОксанаAbstract. Using spiroarteriocardiorhythmography, 202 highly qualified male athletes aged 22.6 ± 2.8 years, who are representatives of acyclic sports were examined. According to HRV (hearth rate variability), the types of the athletes’ cardiac rhythm regulation were determined. There are 4 types of autonomic regulation of cardiac rhythm: Type I – indicates moderate stress, Type II – indicates a decrease in the functional state of regulatory systems, the development of fatigue, Type III – indicates the optimal state of regulation, Type IV – indicates overstrain of autonomic regulation or high fitness. The athletes with a predominance of central (types I and II) and autonomous (types III and IV) effects on the cardiac rhythm regulation are differentiated by indicators of total respiration power (TPR, (l/min)2 ) and power in the high frequency range (HFR), (l/min)2 ). Athletes with the type IV cardiac rhythm regulation had a more significant contribution of the low-frequency component (LFRn, n.u.) in the regulation of spontaneous respiration than athletes with type I and II cardiac rhythm regulation. In the type II regulation of cardiac rhythm there is a significant decrease in expiratory duration (s), which is also manifested by a significant increase in the ratio of inspiratory and expiratory phases, which may characterize expiratory insufficiency for this type. Анотація. З використанням спіроартеріокардіоритмографії, 202 висококваліфіковані спортсмени-чоловіки віком 22,6 ± 2,8 року, які є обстежені представники ациклічних видів спорту. Відповідно до ВСР (мінливість вогнища), типи визначали регуляцію серцевого ритму спортсменів. Там є 4 типи вегетативної регуляції серцевого ритму: Тип I - вказує на помірний стрес, Тип II - означає a зниження функціонального стану регуляторних систем, розвиток втоми, тип III - вказує на оптимальний стан регулювання, тип IV - свідчить про перенапруження вегетативна регуляція або висока фізична форма. Спортсмени з переважання центральної (I і II типи) та автономної (типи III та IV) вплив на регуляцію серцевого ритму диференціюються за показниками загальної сили дихання (TPR, (л / хв) 2 ) та потужність у високочастотному діапазоні (HFR), (л / хв) 2 ). Спортсмени з серцевим ритмом IV типу регулювання мало більш вагомий внесок в низькочастотна складова (LFRn, n.u.) в регулюванні спонтанне дихання, ніж спортсмени І та ІІ типу регуляція серцевого ритму.
