Formation of professional culture of future specialists in finance and credit in higher educational institutions

A finance and credit specialist is a unique profession that involves a significant number of activities that need to be carried out in order to obtain the desired socio-economic effect. The possibility of this process is an adequate professional culture, which is formed at the stage of their preparation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to form the professional culture of future specialists in finance and credit in higher educational institutions. The object of the study is the professional culture of future financiers in the framework of the educational process. To achieve the set goals, the article defines a scientific task, which is to model the ways of forming the professional culture of future specialists in finance and credit in higher educational institutions. The article presents and describes in detail which methods served to achieve the goals. The scientific and practical value of the results of the study is presented through the formed model of the formation of the professional culture of future specialists in finance and credit in higher educational institutions. Each stage of the formation of the professional culture of future specialists in finance and credit in higher educational institutions is characterized. It has been proved that further scientific attention should be focused on the study of the prac- tical effectiveness of the system for the formation of a professional culture of future specialists in finance and credit. Фахівець з фінансів і кредиту – це унікальна професія, яка передбачає значну кількість заходів, які необхідно здійснити для отримання бажаного соц.-екон ефект. Можливістю цього процесу є адекватна професійна культура, яка є сформовані на етапі їх підготовки. Тому метою даного дослідження є формування професійна культура майбутніх спеціалістів з фінансів і кредиту у ВНЗ установи. Об’єктом дослідження є професійна культура майбутніх фінансистів в рамки навчального процесу. Для досягнення поставлених цілей у статті визначено а наукове завдання, яке полягає в моделюванні шляхів формування професійної культури майбутнього спеціалістів з фінансів і кредиту вищих навчальних закладів. У статті представлено і детально описує, які методи слугували для досягнення цілей. Науковий і Практична цінність результатів дослідження представлена через сформовану модель формування професійної культури майбутніх спеціалістів фінансів і кредиту у вищій навчальні заклади. Кожен етап формування професійної культури майбутнього охарактеризовано спеціалістів з фінансів і кредиту вищих навчальних закладів. Це має доведено, що подальша наукова увага має бути зосереджена на вивченні практ. тична ефективність системи формування професійної культури майбутнього спеціалісти з фінансів і кредиту.
Philosophical and psychological approach to self-development of scientific and pedagogical workers

The study‟s main purpose is to highlight the philosophical and psychological aspects of the selfdevelopment of scientific and pedagogical workers in the context of the development of the education system. The article uses various methods to conduct research, namely general scientific methods: formallogical, systemic, structural-functional, concrete-historical. The pedagogical synergetics is considered as part of the research. Pedagogical synergetics, which explains the development of a complex system, education, is a new philosophy of the educational process. Pedagogical synergetics makes it possible to approach the development of problems of the development of pedagogical systems and the pedagogical process in a new way, considering them primarily from the standpoint of openness, co-creation and orientation towards self-development. As a result, philosophical, psychological and pedagogical approaches to self-improvement are characterized.
Public management of the development of the higher education system in Ukraine

The article considers core challenges and problems of public management of Ukrainian higher education system within the global landscape of higher education development. Systemic analysis of factors influencing higher education system in Ukraine is carried out based on complex vision, including social and political factors. Overall trends and practices observed in higher education of different countries is carried out, with outlining of the state-of-the art and prospects of Ukrainian higher education on the background of this landscape. Penta helix model is mentioned as one of potentially effective directions to be included in public management of Ukrainian higher education system development. У статті розглядаються основні виклики та проблеми державного менеджменту Система вищої освіти України в глобальному ландшафті вищої освіти розвитку. Системний аналіз факторів, що впливають на систему вищої освіти в Росії Україна здійснюється на основі комплексного бачення, що включає соціальні та політичні фактори. Загальні тенденції та практика, що спостерігаються у вищій освіті різних країн, є здійснено, з окресленням сучасного стану та перспектив укр освіти на тлі цього ландшафту. Модель Penta helix згадується як одна потенційно ефективних напрямів, які необхідно включити в державне управління укр розвиток системи вищої освіти.
