Документ Biomechanical substantiation of handicap in powerlifting for athletes with a disability | [Biomechaniczne uzasadnienie wyrównywania szans w trójboju siłowym dla niepełnosprawnych lekkoatletów](2008) Briskin, Yuriy; Perederiy, Alina; Roztorhui, Mariia; Zanevskyy, Ihor; Бріскін, Юрій; Передерій, Аліна; Розторгуй, Марія; Заневський, ІгорThe aim of the research was to create a handicap model in powerlifting for athletes with a disability. Best athletes participated West Ukrainian Regional competition in 2007 were examined. The model of handicap was created on the estimation of the motor possibilities level of disabled athletes, based upon muscle testing. There is a strong positive correlation between the offi cial competitive result and the result of muscle testing that makes clear to calculate a compensation coeffi cient as a ratio of its maximally possible result to the individual muscle testing result. Objectivity of muscle testing is confi rmed by the signifi cant strong correlation between the offi cial competitive result and the result of dynamometry, and also correlation between muscle testing and dynamometry. Thanks the compensation coeffi cient the sportsmen with harder impairments moved to better positions. The most important role in the determination of the winners remains for the offi cial competitive result that is proved by winners’ rank stabilityДокумент Cardiopulmonary function in breast cancer patients versus healthy control women(2020) Odynets, Tetiana; Briskin, Yuriy; Ikkert, Oksana; Todorova, Valentina; Yefremova, Anzhelika; Одинець, Тетяна; Бріскін, Юрій; Ікерт, Оксана; Тодорова, Валентина; Єфремова, АнжелікаIntroduction. Since it has proved impossible to increase the volume and intensity of the practice load for fencers, the problem of finding new ways and provisions to improve various aspects of fencers’ proficiency has cropped up. In the development of fencing several different ways of weapon control have been developed in epee fencing, which involve the application of the French or pistol grip. At present the number of epee fencers in the top 16 world ranking who have applied the French hilt during the last 6 years make up 34 % of both males and females. Problem and aim. Until recently the sports scientists in this country have failed to broach the subject of weapon control in epee fencing at the appropriate level, while fencer training systems take no account of the specificity of weapon control. The aim of the study is the improvement of the technical and tactical training of epee fencers by means of differentiation of weapon control. Methods. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization, the documentary method, pedagogical observation, survey, experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. Results and Conclusions. The differences between the technical and tactical actions of high level fencers were defined. A program to differentiate the technical and tactical training of epee fencers was created. The effectiveness of the program was confirmed by pedagogical experiment.Документ Dynamics of changes in the functional state of qualified handballers during macrocycle(2016) Briskin, Yuriy; Pityn, Maryan; Tyshchenko, ValeriaДокумент Dynamics of changes in the functional state of qualified handballers during macrocycle(2016) Briskin, Yuriy; Pityn, Maryan; Tyshchenko, Valeria; Бріскін, Юрій; Пітин, Мар'ян; Тищенко, ВалеріяTo achieve maximum results in sport necessary to optimize the functioning of the cardiovascular system, that is an indicator of adaptive responses of physical exercises. Knowledge of the formation of the functional state of athletes in their preparation for the season as well as during the season has important meaning for the rational construction of the training process and the possibility of adjustment in order to achieve optimal results. In this context, the aim was to determine the nature of the changes to operational readiness of qualified handball players in the preparatory periods of training and competition. In this article were gotten characteristics of the functional state of cardiorespiratory system, the analysis of heart rate variability of qualified handball players was tested. It wasfound that for the control of the functional state of the athletes it is advisable to use the method of analysis of heart rate variability as the most objective and informative. Dynamics of the functional state of cardiorespiratory system of qualified handball players showed during the year that at the beginning of the preparatory period were recorded average for this type of sport, the absolute values of almost all functional parameters, characterizing the level of their overall physical capacity, aerobic endurance, muscular activity energy supply. In preparation for the season, a marked optimization of the functional readiness of the qualified handball players. At the end of the competition period from the handball team recorded deterioration in the level of functional readiness, caused by the build-up to this period signs of the natural fatigue of the body. The studies were carried out during an annual work and competition macrocycle at the start and at the end of pre-season and at the start and at the end of contest season. 86 handball players of the Ukrainian Super League in the age of 18-32 – were involved in study.Документ Effect of individualized physical rehabilitation programs on respiratory function in women with post-mastectomy syndrome(2019) Odinets, Tatiana; Briskin, Yuriy; Pityn, Maryan; Одинець, Тетяна; Бріскін, Юрій; Пітин, Мар'янPurpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of an individualized physical rehabilitation programs aimed at improving respiratory function in women with postmastectomy syndrome. Currently breast cancer treatment has contributed to signifcant improvements in survival rate, but negative efects on the psycho-emotional state and functionality of the autonomic nervous system of these interventions in women is high. We aimed to investigate the heart rate variability features in breast cancer survivors who have varied attitudes towards the disease. Material and methods: Heart rate variability analysis, determination of various attitudes towards the disease, and mathematical statistical methods. The survey of 110 breast cancer survivors was conducted utilizing Type of Attitude Toward The Disease questionnaire. The women were executed radical mastectomy and adjuvant radiation treatment for breast cancer. Patients aged between 56 and 60 years. Results: The results of our study showed that patients with a rational type of attitude towards disease had statistically (p<0.05) better parameters of heart rate variability. Values of standard deviation of the N-N interval, root mean square of successive diferences, total power, high-frequency range, and stress index were much better in patients with rational type of attitude as compared with the women who had intrapsychic and interpsychic attitudes. Conclusions: These data show that identifed features of various attitudes towards the disease in breast cancer survivors clarify the necessity for particular attention to their heart rate variability parameters.Документ Features of the development of physical qualities of water polo players(2015) Briskin, Yuriy; Ostrovs'kyy, Maryan; Chaplins'kyy, Mykola; Sydorko, Oleh; Polehoiko, Maxim; Ostrovs'ka, Natalia; Pityn, Maryan; Бріскін, Юрій; Островський, Мар'ян; Чаплінський, Микола; Сидорко, Олег; Полегойко, Максим; Островська, Наталія; Пітин, Мар'янApplication of power training exercises that are similar in structure and composition to competitive acts of water polo players and their purposeful use for developing power endurance, ultimate speed and explosive power ensure their greatest development. It has been recognized that the most effective is the use of speed training exercises in the middle of the training session. In water polo training the practice of developing speed skills at the end of training session is the least effective. Combination of speed qualities training variants at different parts of training session throughout the year round cycle of training adds to the positive effect of speed qualification of water polo players in general. The experimental program of strength training of qualified water polo players, which provided purposeful development of strength capabilities (maximum, speed, explosive strength and strength endurance) by applying specific exercises, which correspond to features of competitive activity of water polo players, indicated its effectiveness in the main experiment. In a result of experimental program implementation of strength training of experimental group athletes in comparison with the control group, significant improvements (p <0.05) according to strength rated were occurred. The experimental program of strength training of qualified water polo players, which provided testing of expediency of structuring use of speed exercises within the training sessions (at the beginning, at mid and in the end of the main part of training) also has shown effectiveness in both previous and in main experiments. The most effective for the development of speed qualities of skilled water polo players is the use of high speed swimming exercises in the second third of the main part of training session.Документ Features of theoretical training in combative sports(2013) Pityn, Maryan; Briskin, Yuriy; Zadorozhna, Olha; Пітин, Мар'ян; Бріскін, Юрій; Задорожна, ОльгаThe article deals with the theoretical training as a major driver of the effectiveness of the training process of athletes at different stages of long term training in combative sports.
