Sustainable development of universities in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic

The study is devoted to the impact of the crisis on changing the priorities of sustainable development. To neutralize the effects of the crisis, an approach to the formation of the structure of sustainable development of universities in crisis conditions is proposed and the procedure for coordinating tactics and development strategies during the crisis is established. The difference in the formation of sustainable development priorities in the face of threats is established. It is proved that sustainability is achieved through the introduction of flexible approaches, stabilization of the level of danger, re-profiling of all resources and ensuring a stable level of funding. Stratification of threat mitigation methods and tools is proposed. It is established that adaptive coordination of urgent tactical tasks and only secondarily of the strategic goal is required. The change in the significance of influencing factors in ensuring the appropriate level of training during the pandemic in universities in developed and developing countries has been studied. A systematic approach to the formation of the structure of the implementation of sustainable development of universities in a crisis has been proposed. The peculiarities of the formation of factors influencing the effectiveness of training and the importance of the qualities of leaders in crisis conditions in Ukraine have been pointed out. Дослідження присвячено впливу кризи на зміну пріоритетів сталого розвитку розвитку. Для нейтралізації наслідків кризи розроблено підхід до формування в запропоновано структуру сталого розвитку ВНЗ в умовах кризи та порядок узгодження тактики і стратегії розвитку під час кризи встановлено. Різниця у формуванні пріоритетів сталого розвитку в обличчя загроз встановлено. Доведено, що стійкість досягається через запровадження гнучких підходів, стабілізація рівня небезпеки, перепрофілювання всіх ресурсів та забезпечення стабільного рівня фінансування. Запропоновано стратифікацію методів та засобів пом’якшення загроз. Встановлено, що адаптивна координація невідкладних тактичних завдань і лише в другу чергу стратегічної цілі. Досліджено зміну значущості факторів впливу в забезпеченні належного рівня підготовки під час пандемії в університетах розвинених країн і країн, що розвиваються. Системний підхід до формування структури реалізації сталого запропоновано розвиток університетів в умовах кризи. Розглянуто особливості формування факторів, що впливають на ефективність навчання та важливість навч вказано на якості лідерів в умовах кризи в Україні.
