Документ Actual Problems of Development of Special Endurance of Weightlifters Who Specialize in the Push of Weights on a Long Cycle(International Journal of Human Movement and Sports Sciences, 2022-02-08) Oderov, Artur; Klymovych, Volodymyr; Kuznetsov, Maksym; Anokhin, Yevhen; Nebozhuk, Oleh; Romanchuk, Serhii; Petrachkov, Oleksandr; Andreychuk, Volodymyr; Korchagin, Мukola; Danylishyn, Ivan; Homaniuk, Serhii; Svysch, Yaroslav; Свищ, ЯрославAnalysis of the scientific literature has shown that weightlifters who specialize in pushing weights over a long cycle to develop special endurance use the interval method of training in lifting weights. In contrast to this technique, it is proposed to alternate the interval and uniform method, the introduction at the special preparatory stage and in the competitive period of competitive actions in modes - one in a microcycle lasting over 5 minutes and the other during the stage lasting over 10 minutes. Analysis of the protocols of the World Weightlifting Championships for the period from 2016 to 2020 showed that they are the current champions of Ukraine and winners of world championships. The closest results to the standard of the master of sports of the international class are that the athlete of a weight category to 78 kg lacked only 1 rise, athletes of weight categories to 63 and 85 kg did not have enough on the 2 lifts, weight category over 95 kg did not have enough 8 lifts, weight category to 68 lifts was not enough for 68 kg, 13 lifts were not enough for the weight category up to 68 kg, 28 lifts were not enough for the weight categories up to 95 kg. The results of Ukrainian weightlifters remained insufficiently high. This determined the need to explore current issues to improve the training process of the national team of Ukraine in weightlifting. The purpose of the study is to study the effectiveness of methods for developing special endurance weightlifters who specialize in pushing weights over a long cycle and develop exercises that will further qualitatively and professionally perform at world-class competitions. Our study showed that the application of our proposed exercises, duration of approaches, and rest intervals between them have a positive training effect to improve athletic performance, as well as the development of functional training of athletes, which will further contribute to their special endurance in world competitions.Документ Changes in the body mass index of cadets at the higher military educational institution as a result of kettlebell lifting(2017) Prontenko, Kostiantyn; Kuvaldina, Olga; Martin, Volodymyr; Griban, Grygoriy; Prontenko, Vasyl; Andreychuk, Volodymyr; Пронтенко, Костянтин; Кувалдіна, Ольга; Мартин, Володимир; Грибан, Григорій; Пронтенко, Василь; Андрейчук, ВолодимирThis article investigated the influence of kettlebell lifting exercises on indicators of physical development of cadets at the higher military educational institution (HMEI) during the study period. Cadets in their 1st–5th year of study (n=474) who were engaged in the current system of physical education at a HMEI (group A, n = 416) and cadets who trained in the kettlebell lifting group during the study period (group B, n = 58) took part in the study. Physical development was investigated on the basis of height, body weight, body mass index and the ratio of the number of cadets in each group that were overweight. The body weights of cadets in their senior academic years who trained via kettlebell lifting were significantly lower (P<0.05) than those of cadets who were engaged in the current system of physical education by 4.2–6.7%. Additionally, an analysis of the body mass index showed that the percentage of cadets who were overweight in group A during their 3rd–5th year was 35.2–38.5%, whereas there was a decrease in the number of cadets with excess weight from 25% during the 1st year to 8.3% during the 4th year in group B. During the 5th year for group B, none of the cadets were found to be overweight, which confirms the positive effect of kettlebell lifting exercises.Документ Improvement of physical preparedness of sportsmen in kettlebell sport on the stage of the specialized base preparation(2016) Prontenko, Kostiantyn; Andreychuk, Volodymyr; Martin, Volodymyr; Prontenko, Vasyl; Romaniv, Igor; Bondarenko, Valentin; Bezpaliy, SergiyДокумент Improvement of physical preparedness of sportsmen in kettlebell sport on the stage of the specialized base preparation(2016) Prontenko, Kostiantyn; Andreychuk, Volodymyr; Martin, Volodymyr; Prontenko, Vasyl; Romaniv, Igor; Bondarenko, Valentin; Bezpaliy, Sergiy; Мартин ВолодимирThe efficiency of the author program of training of sportsmen in kettlebell sport (long cycle) on the stage of the specialized base preparation by the indexes of general and special physical preparedness is under study in the article. 27 sportsmen (18-24 years old, with 1 digit and KMS) have taken part in the research. They have been included in experimental group (EG, n=13) and control group (СG, n=14). It is clear, that the results of sportsmen in EG almost in all exercises have been better than in CG (Р<0,05-0,001), that testifies to the efficiency of the author program.
