Abstract

Науково-методичне видання присвячене обгрунтуванню системи оцінки соматичного здоров’я, яка базується на визначенні аеробних можливостей організму, забезпеченні високого рівня здоров’я та резервних можливостей серцево-судинної та дихальної систем. Проаналізовані існуючі методи оцінки здоров’я, дискутуються питання методології діагностики здоров’я.
