Abstract: У дисертації вперше науково обґрунтовано, розроблено, експериментально перевірено та впроваджено методичні засади розвитку адаптаційних можливостей учнів основної школи у процесі занять фізичним вихованням. In the dissertation, for the first time, it was scientifically substantiated, developed, experimentally the methodical principles of adaptation development were checked and implemented opportunities of elementary school students in the process of physical education.
