Abstract

У навчально-методичному посібнику представлено технологію формування культури здоров’я сучасної молоді, складається з чотирьох складових, мета яких зміцнення та відтворення здоров’я учасників освітнього процесу. Даний навчально-методичний посібник рекомендовано здобувачам другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти за спеціальністю 014 Середня освіта (Фізична культура) та 017 Фізична культура і спорт, викладачам закладів вищої освіти, учням та вчителям закладів середньої освіти, методистам, широкому колу читачів, які цікавляться здоров’язбережуванням.
