Abstract: The article deals with professional awareness and legal culture of cadets-rescuers in a modern building of the Ukrainian state. Confirmed that the level of professional awareness proportion of those working in the field of life safety, still does not meet modern requirements. Proved that the legal consciousness of the future expert depends on the legal culture of society.
