Виявлено, що мовна етикетна формула звертання сприяє ефективності наукової та ділової документації, налагодженню наукових та ділових контактів. Встановлено, що звертання у науковій та діловій сферах може бути різним, бо цього вимагає специфіка комунікативної ситуації та тип адресата. Виокремлено найзагальніші формули звертання, які можуть використовуватися незалежно від зазначених факторів. The article deals with the etiquette formula of addressing in the spheres of scientific and formal business style and analyzes the situations of their use. It is found that the language etiquette formula of addressing contributes to the effectiveness of scientific and business documentation, the establishment of scientific and business contacts. It is established that the addresses in the scientific and business spheres can be different, because it is required by the specifics of the communication situation and the type of addressee.
