It is shown that in a period of rest after the load of various kinds, restoring of functional indices comes heterochronously. The greatest influence on the functional state of the servicemen's organism makes swimming (55.2%, p <0.05) and overcoming the obstacle course exercises (55.7%, p <0.05).
