Визначено ключові чинники, що впливають на модернізацію індустрії гостинності, зокрема цифровізацію, автоматизацію сервісу, персоналізацію обслуговування, екологічну стійкість та адаптацію до глобальних викликів. Розглянуто перспективи впровадження розумних готелів, гібридних моделей розміщення, wellness-концепцій та стратегії сталого розвитку. Особливу увагу приділено управлінню якістю в умовах цифрової трансформації та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємств через використання інноваційних технологій. Зроблено висновок про те, що заклади готельного господарства, що зможуть інтегрувати інноваційні технології, залишатимуться конкурентоспроможними, відповідатимуть сучасним вимогам споживачів та сприятимуть подальшій модернізації індустрії гостинності. The article examines the conceptual framework for the development of hotel facilities in the context of innovative transformation. The key factors influencing the modernization of the hospitality industry are identified, in particular digitalization, service automation, personalization of service, environmental sustainability and adaptation to global challenges. The prospects for the introduction of smart hotels, hybrid accommodation models, wellness concepts and sustainable development strategies are considered. Particular attention is paid to quality management in the context of digital transformation and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises through the use of innovative technologies.
