(Web of Science)http://repository.ldufk.edu.ua/handle/34606048/27661Abstract:Lifetimeemploymentofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportispossibleonlyundertheconditionsofenhancingtheirprofessionalself-development,whoseessentialcomponentisinnovativeactivity.Thearticleaimstoidentifythecurrentlevelofinnovationofprofessionalactivitiesofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsport.Itisalsoessentialtodeterminethemaincharacteristicsoftheinnovationindicatorduringprofessionalself-developmentofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsport.Theselectedpsychodiagnosticmethodshavemadeitpossibletodiagnosespecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportandrevealthemaincharacteristicsoftheinnovationindicator,namely,average,quadraticdeviation,asymmetryandexcess.Thepaperalsousedfollowingmethodologies:self-efficacydiagnosis,thelevelofsubjectivecontrolandthestyleofresponsetochanges.Theresearchsamplecomprisedofspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportofdifferentagegroups,withdifferentexperienceandqualificationdegree.Intotal,thestudyinvolved209participants.Thetotaldispersionoftheselectedfactorsfortheresearchgroupswithaprevailingconservativestyleisapproximately61%.Thedevelopmentofcapabilityforinnovationinspecialistsinphysicaleducationandsportinvolvesenhancingtheirpsychologicalqualitiessuchasparticularsensitivitytoprofessionalchanges,readinesstotakerisksandberesponsibleforpossiblefailures,independentjudgmentwhiletakingprofessionaldecisions,focusonpersonalandprofessionalself-development,willingnesstosearchfornewprofessionalideas.otherconventionalismstabilityactivitypassivitypragmatismtotaldispersionfactorsумовністьстабільністьактивністьпасивністьпрагматичністьзагальна дисперсіяфакториArticle
