Abstract

У навчальному посібнику розглядається характеристика гімнастики, її види та різновиди. Розрахований на викладачів і курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МНС, МВС, МО України для проведення занять з гімнастики. Висвітлюється термінологія гімнастичних вправ, стройові, загальнорозвиваючі, прикладні, акробатичні вправи і ін. Надаються методичні рекомендації щодо формування правильної постави. The manual examines the characteristics of gymnastics, its types and varieties. It is intended for teachers and cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to conduct gymnastics classes. The terminology of gymnastic exercises, formation, general development, applied, acrobatic exercises, etc. are covered. Methodological recommendations are provided for the formation of correct posture.
