Дихальні порушення у хворих на церебральні паралічі та їхня динаміка в процесі реабілітації за методом проф. В. Козявкіна

Abstract

Книга про вплив системи інтенсивної нейрофізіологічної реабілітації (метод проф. В. І. Козявкіна) на функцію зовнішнього дихання у хворих на різні форми дитячого церебрального паралічу (ДЦП). Піднімаються питання про частоту, етіологію і патогенез хвороби, а також вплив асоційованих синдромів на її перебіг. Показано, що для хворих на ДЦП типовими є розлади функції дихання з розвитком прихованої або явної дихальної недостатності, ступінь якої перебуває в прямій залежності від важкості рухових порушень. Доведено позитивний вплив методу проф. В. І. Козявкіна на функцію зовнішнього дихання у хворих на ДЦП. Запропоновано каталог дихальних вправ для їх застосування в комплексному лікуванні хворих на ДЦП. Книга призначена для педіатрів, сімейних лікарів, неврологів, реабілітологів, логопедів, спеціалістів, які працюють в галузі медико-соціальній реабілітації, реабілітаційних відділеннях і центрах для хворих на ДЦП. The book about the influence of the system of intensive neurophysiological rehabilitation (method Prof. V. I. Kozyavkina) on the function of external breathing in patients with various forms cerebral palsy (CP). Questions are raised about the frequency, etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, as well as the influence of associated syndromes on it course. It is shown that respiratory function disorders are typical for patients with cerebral palsy the development of hidden or obvious respiratory failure, the degree of which is in direct dependence on the severity of movement disorders. A positive effect has been proven the method of Prof. V. I. Kozyavkina on the function of external breathing in patients with cerebral palsy. A catalog of breathing exercises for their complex application is offered treatment of cerebral palsy patients.
