Abstract

Навчально-методичний посібник розкриває специфічні засоби та методи навчання і виховання, які сприяють формуванню та вдосконаленню навичок військовослужбовців з подолання перешкод, метання гранат, виконання спеціальних прийомів і дій, а також вихованню морально-психологічних і вольових якостей, необхідних в умовах сучасного бою. Показано значущість подолання перешкод у системі фізичного вдосконалення військовослужбовців, запропоновано програму корекції психологічної готовності військовослужбовців аеромобільних підрозділів під час занять на смузі перешкод, способи організації занять, а також методику використання фізичних вправ з елементами подолання перешкод для забезпечення їхньої бойової готовності. The training and methodical manual reveals specific means and methods of training and education, which contribute to the formation and improvement of the skills of military personnel in overcoming obstacles, throwing grenades, performing special techniques and actions, as well as the education of moral, psychological and willpower qualities necessary in the conditions of modern combat. The importance of overcoming obstacles in the system of physical improvement of servicemen is shown, a program for correcting the psychological readiness of servicemen of airmobile units during classes on an obstacle course, methods of organizing classes, as well as a method of using physical exercises with elements of overcoming obstacles to ensure their combat readiness are proposed.
