Управлінські принципи фінансування охорони здоров’я в суспільному контексті гуманітарної політики: європейський досвід та перспективи

Abstract

У статті визначено, що основним джерелом фінансування охорони здоров’я в більшості країн є внески на обов’язкове медичне страхування, що відраховуються на паритетній основі роботодавцями та найманими працівниками. Дефіцит фондів обов’язкового та приватного медичного страхування покривається за рахунок державних кредитів, на фінансування охорони здоров’я спрямовуються також кошти від добровільного медичного страхування за рахунок роботодавців. The article defines that the main source of health care financing in most countries is contributions to mandatory health insurance, which are deducted on a parity basis by employers and employees. The deficit of mandatory and private health insurance funds is covered by state loans, funds from voluntary health insurance at the expense of employers or from citizens’ own funds are also directed to health care financing. In many states, payment for medical services and medicines can also be made from the patients’ own funds.
