Нормативно-правові аспекти реалізації державної політики в соціально-гуманітарній сфері з охорони та підвищення рівня громадського здоров’я

Abstract

У статті дослідженою що сьогодні охорона громадського здоров’я є серйозною про- блемою, оскільки дорогі та конкуруючі ресурси повинні вироблятися у великих кількостях та розподілятися серед великої кількості людей. Важливість системи охорони здоров’я неможливо переоцінити тому, що громадське здоров’я дозволяє досягти цілей природ- ного зростання населення, високого рівня життя для всіх членів суспільства та рівних можливостей для різних соціальних верств. Водночас, неефективна державна політика в галузі охорони здоров’я перешкоджає реалізації цих цілей, які є пріоритетними для всієї національної соціально-гуманітарної сфери. The article explores that public health today is a serious problem because expensive and competing resources must be produced in large quantities and distributed among large numbers of people. The importance of the health care system cannot be overestimated because public health makes it possible to achieve the goals of natural population growth, a high standard of living for all members of society, and equal opportunities for different social strata. At the same time, ineffective state policy in the field of health care prevents the realization of these goals, which are a priority for the entire national social and humanitarian sphere. It has been proven that public health policy covers areas related to government policy, so it is also necessary to reform fiscal policy that encourages health promotion and disease prevention programs and gradually increases health care spending.
