Нормативно-правове забезпечення професійної діяльності викладачів фізичного виховання у закладах вищої освіти: інституційний рівень

Abstract

У статті висвітлено сутність та особливості нормативно-правового забезпечення професійної діяльності викладачів фізичного виховання у закладах вищої освіти на інституційному рівні. Виконано аналіз науково-педагогічної літератури з проблеми дослідження. Представлено результати контент-аналізу нормативних документів закладів вищої освіти, що відображають специфіку наукової, навчальної, організаційної, міжнародної роботи науково-педагогічних працівників. З’ясовано, що нормативні документи сучасних університетів висвітлюють загальні вимоги, правила та процедури реалізації професійної діяльності науково-педагогічних працівників, проте не враховують, або враховують частково специфіку професійної діяльності викладачів фізичного виховання. Запропоновано перспективи подальших наукових розвідок. The article highlights the essence and peculiarities of regulatory and legal support for the professional activity of physical training teachers in institutions of higher education at the institutional level. The results of analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature have been presented. It is stated that it highlights the experience of foreign universities, the professional activity of teachers working in branch institutions of higher education of Ukraine, the content of professional activity and the technology of professional development of modern university teachers, various aspects of professional activity, etc., however, the issue of regulatory and legal support of professional activities of scientific and pedagogical employees, in particular at the institutional level is not highlighted. Top 10 universities of Ukraine according to the consolidated rating and their regulatory documents are the subject of research. It is stated that these normative documents not only present the main types of activity of a teacher at a higher education institution, but also reflect the need for their professional development, as well as the efforts of modern classical and technical universities to be competitive in the market of educational services, their focus on achieving high indicators, according to which the activity of institutions of higher education in various national and international rankings is evaluated. The results of the content analysis of regulatory documents of higher education institutions reflecting the specifics of the scientific, educational, organizational, and international work of scientific and pedagogical employees are presented. It was found that the normative documents of modern universities highlight the general requirements, rules, and procedures for the professional activity of scientific and pedagogical employees, but do not consider, or partially take into account, the specifics of the professional activity of physical training teachers. Prospects for further scientific research are offered.
