Інноваційні технології у готельному господарстві

Abstract

Досліджено інноваційні методи управління персоналом, матеріальними ресурсами, інформацією, впровадження інфраструктурних, технологічних та інших інновацій у діяльність готельних підприємств. Наведено закордонний досвід впровадження інновацій на рівні готельних підприємств. Навчальний посібник розрахований на здобувачів і викладачів спеціальності 241 – Готельно-ресторанна справа, фахівців із готельного господарства, науковців і практиків, які працюють у галузі управління інноваціями, а також для всіх, хто цікавиться цією проблематикою.
