Abstract

Монографія присвячена дослідженню залежності здоров’я учасників навчально-виховного процесу від інтенсивності інформаційних потоків, які циркулюють у сучасній школі. Безпосередньо пов’язуючи сплеск захворюваності учнівської молоді із зумовленою ними соматизацією тиску на психіку, автор пропонує обмежити знання, щоби дати місце життю, а з метою досягнення максимальної самореалізації особистості рекомендує їй філософію есенціалізму - стиль мислення, що грунтується на відчутті нею повноти буття, його наближення до її сутності. The monograph is devoted to the study of the dependence of the health of participants in the educational process on the intensity of information flows that circulate in modern schools. Directly associating the surge in the incidence of student youth with the somatization of pressure on the psyche caused by them, the author suggests limiting knowledge in order to make room for life, and in order to achieve maximum self-realization of the individual, he recommends the philosophy of essentialism - a style of thinking based on his feeling of the fullness of being, his approaching its essence.
