Abstract: Метою дослідження є аналіз сучасного стану готельно-ресторанного бізнесу та надання рекомендації щодо можливих шляхів його розвитку з урахуванням несприятливих сучасних умов.The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the hotel and restaurant industry business and providing recommendations on possible ways of its development taking into account unfavorable modern conditions.
